  Pocas cosas hay que hacer en esta ciudad como no vayas para trabajo o para asistir a un partido del Schalke 04. Por lo tanto se trata de un hotel muy enfocado a la practicidad de aquel que se aloja despues de una jornada laboral. Habitaciones correctas. Desayuno muy completo. Personal poco amable

  Breakfast buffet

  Visiting family - room was typical hotel room with a chair and desk. This was breakfast buffet with the room. Skipped lunch since there was so much food. Would recommend to stay here in the future and get the buffet.

  No swimming pool but our stay was still great!

  It was our first time to book this hotel, as this was the closest hotel to the place of the event we attended to. Overall, it did not disappoint us and we actually loved our stay in this hotel even though they dont have swimming pool, which is always a requirement if we are booking one :-( If someones gonna ask me whats outstanding during our stay I think, the consistency in the hotels interior from their lobby, reception, corridor and room. The only thing that I didnt like theres no complimentary coffee and tea in the room :-( For detailed review of the hotel, please see below: Room: We were given a corner room, which offers two different views, so this was already a plus. The room was still a bit spacious even they have added an extra bed for our son. The interior was actually great and bit different from the hotels we stayed in. Of course, the rest were the normal things you can see in a hotel, nothing really special (king size bed, lamps, chair, office table). But unlike other hotels, the room does not have a mini bar but it still has a mini fridge (so use this instead and buy your drinks outside) and it also doesnt have complimentary tea and coffee which was disappointing because I like having late coffee though :-( It has free internet if you are a Marriott Rewards member regardless of your membership level, but I am not actually sure if the connection was fast as I havent used it. Amenities: The hotel has fitness centre and sauna situated on the 11th floor and they offer free towels in the area, thus, no need to bring your room towel. I think, there is also ice vending machine on the corridor in every floor. Breakfast: Aside from the usual breakfast menu among the hotels in Europe, at least in this hotel, they offer pancakes and fried potatoes with cheese filling. Staffs/Customer Service: The front desk staffs were actually accommodating and friendly. Thanks for the free candies on the reception desk which my son actually liked. The staffs in the bar were commendable as for every 10 or 15 minutes, they would ask you if everything is okay and if we are doing fine. Not sure if this was because were the only customers that night :-| Location/Transportation: Cant say much on this because we rented a car when we stayed in this hotel. But when it comes to nearby restaurants (aside from their own in-house restaurant), I cant see much. You need to drive a bit, around 3 km. If you have a car, dont worry about where to park as you can park for free off site as the hotel is situated near the arena. What went bad or not so good? Room: - It would have been better if they have the complimentary coffee and tea. - I think the bathroom is a bit smaller - As swimming pool is something that we are always looking for, I just hope that they have one :-|

  Perfect for a family stay

  We had this hotel as a stop-over on the way, driving on vacations. It was so good, that we stopped there on the way back too. With 2 adults and 4 kids, we were giving the adjoining rooms, so that was very convenient for us. The hotel is new, nice rooms and exceptional service. We used the restaurant for Breakfast, it was good. We did dinner there one night as well, excellent. Can highly recommend for family and business alike.

  We stayed here as part of a medicos rehabilitation.we are from the USA and they tried to take care of our every need very nice.the program there is very good.the hotel is very clean.the shuttle train is neat to buar
