  Revisen bien antes de aceptar la habitación

  Durante nuestra estadía resportamos tres veces que nuestra habitación tenía basura y platos sucios de los huéspedes anteriores y no hubo respuesta. Nuestras hijas ensucian las sábanas porque enfermaron pedimos cambio y solo les pusieron fragancia y no la cambiaron. No nos dieron servicio de limpieza de habitación. Hablamos con el gerente Kevin muy amable pero no resolvió. Solo ofreció puntos que no ha adjudicado y limpieza que no hicieron. Lástima el servicio porque realmente es un muy bonito hotel.

  Great place to stay while in town, central to everything

  While the "Wrightsville Beach" is not exactly true, we were visiting family in Wilmington so that wasn't a draw for us--just wanted to be clear for other travelers that this property is not one or near the beach. It is in a location that isn't really anywhere, not downtown, not beach, but it is central to everything and very easy access. Hotel was clean, and COVID protocols were followed. Very quiet area, comfortable bed, nice set up with the full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

  Very Clean (with dog)

  Great place to stay for visit to UNCW. Leery bringing a dog (goldendoodle). Pleasantly surprised for easy in/egress. Hot breakfast served despite COVID taking all appropriate cautions. Very clean without animal dander/hair. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

  The Drugs

  I had two separate res for this place. I have stayed here many times everybody knows me by name and face. The day I checked in Dec, 22nd to Dec, 24th the day I checked in the Gsr was going on n on about other employees being mad at her Bc she was late to work. So she asked me to please look over her attitude. I was like okay thats fine we all have bad days. I also work for a hotel Chan so I know how it can be. Once I was checked in I went to my room 517 and the room was completely nasty. My shower was the most disgusting of the whole room, my dishes was nasty, my bed sheets had Red stains on it, my ceiling fan had thick dust all over it, the ac and heating system had dust and mold on it. When I called and told them I wanted to move they told me no. I asked for some stuff to clean it I was told no. I went n got stuff to clean it. They only gave me new sheets. The guest next door to me I was going to my room he asked me did I wanna buy drugs. Not even a hour later somebody in the room next door to me overdosed on heroin. I called down talked to miss Cindy the night audit lady she told me it was out of her control to fix it. I work for a hotel so I know way better then that. She also told me I could check out its 2AM police banging on my door about drugs when its the room next door to me that the guy was in. Where was I going to at 2am to find another room after I already spent 300.09 to stay here!!!! I will not be going back I dont recommends this property for nobody. Its nasty and has a lot of drug stuff going on.

  Comfy Beds, Big Suites, Nice Showers

  We loved being able to bring our dogs here. Nice big kitchen and ample storage space which is often lacking in hotel rooms. I hate seeing clutter everywhere and prefer tucking everything away in cabinets and drawers. Beds were extremely comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and room was very clean upon arrival. Hotel is in a great location for those visiting kids at UNCW. Close to off campus housing and many area restaurants and shopping. It is not on the beach but within a few minutes drive. Free breakfast was surprisingly nice (included hot items.) We did not have the opportunity to check out the happy hour. All in all this property is a nice value and we would definitely stay here again.
