  Elegante Hotel

  Las habitaciones acondcionadas con tu propia cocina , muy completa con todos los utensilios necesarios , el area de lavado excelente para salir con la ropa ya puesta :) ; el jacuzzi y la alberca techados buena idea , el desayuno pues suficiente si a media mañana acostumbras hacer una comida. Lo que mas me gusto es que puedes llevar tu carne y te lo preparan en los asadores que se encuentran en el patio trasero del hotel. La ubicacion del hotel es cerca de los centros comerciales de la ciudad. El trato del personal es bueno , me parecio excelente el de una señora de origen latino que se encargaba de servir el desayuno , lo apoyo a uno en todo.

  La mejor opción de alojamiento en Tyler cerca de la Universidad

  Rápido el check in y check out. Habitaciones con cocina, vajilla y refigerador con freezer. Muy completo desayuno. Café y te durante todo el día. Nos sorprendió un snack con bebidas alcohólicas gratis de lunes a jueves, excelente! Pueden llevar mascotas. Tienen un precioso jardín, con fogón y lugares para sentarse.

  Good hotel

  I booked this hotel as it seemed the best in the area. It was very comfortable for a 3* hotel. Very spacious and comfy bed. It wasnt particular modern but had everything you needed. Small gym with enough machines to do a workout and nice breakfast. The only negative was the room was very cold, I think the aircon had been left on all day so when I arrived late at night it was freezing.

  Not up to standard

  We stay frequently at IHG properties, and this one just wasnt great. When I checked in, the manager had to go to the room to check to verify the room was clean. When we got there, there was trash in the kitchen left from previous guests and crumbs on the stove. When I told the front desk, I was given trash bags and told to take the trash out and leave outside the door. The room also only had 3 towels available, and I had to go request more for our family if 6. There was rust in the bathtub, and it just did not feel clean. The next day I requested housekeeping twice because I was not convinced the room had been thoroughly cleaned. We returned in the evening to find that housekeeping never came. They did come by the following day after I notified the manager, but by that point we had to decided to check out early. The grab and go breakfast was not great either...just packaged food and a piece of fruit. The bananas were green. Cleanliness is especially important in the present time, and this hotel was just not up to standard for IHG. The only good thing is that they are one of the few hotels in the area that can accommodate a larger family in the two room suite. At $170-$180 a night, I expect better service.

  Better off staying at the mission

  I will start with the best part of the stay. The room was very clean. However, it was worn and chips from the tub coating were missing. The heat was not working properly and the noise level was high due employees slamming doors. Upon check in the clerk placed me in a room furthest from the elevator. No consideration for the seniors or person's with mobility issues. Of course desk staff was unfriendly and didn't care to ask how the stay was upon check out. For the evening social/reception, there was an abundance of salad, but ran out of the main portion within 25 minutes of starting. The attendant stated there was no more food. WOW! Within 25 mins. And the breakfast consisted of egg whites and turkey sausage. The best part of this hotel was seeing it in my rear-view mirror. This is not just a property level management issues but with the management company. Spend money and train and repair.
