  First let me say Andrew at the front desk gave impeccable customer service. He thanked me for being a ihg rewards member wich is big to me because not all hotels on that program thank the guest for being apart of it. The room was really cozy and comfortable. Refrigerator and stove with dishwasher. Beds were really soft. Staff was nice. Breakfast is free. I have no complaints. Will be returning.

  Great place to stay, clean and friendly!

  We just stayed for one night in a suite, but we were very impressed with the amenities. The room was very clean and it's got to be the most comfortable I've been in a hotel room. I'm sure I could've stayed there for a week and not been terribly inconvenienced. I really loved having an ice maker in the freezer. We did not go into the pool room, so I can't speak to that. They did have a little fire pit type area that you could sit by, but it was a little cold for that. It also featured a half basketball court as well, so for an extended stay, this would be the perfect place. There was a nice selection for breakfast and plenty of room to sit. The area itself seemed safe and I really liked the fact there was a BBQ place less than a mile down the road. I would definitely stay at that location again and plan to look for this chain for future travels.

  Wonderful--don't hesitate!

  Their COVID precautions were excellent. Rooms were really nice, breakfast was ok (hard to really do a good take away breakfast in a hotel). Front desk was extremely friendly. I was only their a few hours, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I will definitely keep an eye out for Staybridge Suites on my travels!

  Accommodating Staff

  The staff at this hotel helped us immensely during our 5 night stay. My in laws drove in 4 hours to see us during our trip for three of those nights. We asked upon check in if we could possibly upgrade to a suite with separate bedrooms for part of our stay. They made the process seamless. The front desk clerk explained the different suite types the hotel offered in detail. We ended up choosing a 2 bedroom suite which allowed us to each have our own space. We expected to have to pay for the upgrade fee for the entire 5 nights of our stay, but the staff allowed us to stay in our booked room for the first two nights of the stay and then transition to the suite once my family arrived. Not all hotels would work with you to that extent and we appreciate their hospitality. The hotel was clean and offered very comfortable beds. We, of course, tried a few of them during our stay and they were all great. Both rooms were cleaned well and were nicely appointed with full kitchens. The hotel offered breakfast each morning and even during COVID offered breakfast sandwiches which could be heated in room If I am back in the St. Louis area I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  My St. Louis Go-To

  We have stayed here twice for family trips and have been very happy both times. This is a nice, clean hotel with lots of extras like a basketball court and a fire pit. My favorite thing about this hotel is that the windows open. I really dont enjoy the stale air that builds up in a hotel room and being able to air it out a bit makes it so much more comfortable.
