  Very nice room and amenities, HOWEVER...

  I booked a King Size ACCESSIBLE room and when I went to check in, she had me on the 4th floor. The receptionist eventually changed me to the ground floor (I've had four back surgeries and hate hauling suitcases all over), but from the start you could tell she had an attitude. Not friendly AT ALL! The room is very nice and seems suited to long term stays (why by the airport?) and was quite comfortable, clean and up to date. However, they gave me two keys when I only needed one because she explained they were 'energy efficient', which is good, but you have to put the other key into a slot inside the room to get certain lights to come on, even the bathroom!!! Anyway, I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for her attitude. And I witnessed the way she treated other people there as well. She was not wearing a name tag. I checked it at approximately 5pm on Dec. 14, 2019.

  A truly wonderful long term hotel with awesome staff and great breakfast

  I really have nothing at all even remotely negative to report about this phenomenal and extremely reasonably priced hotel. At each and every touchpoint, this place oozes class and luxury so I cannot possibly recommend it enough. There are so many surprises to be found in this hotel that it is difficult to list them all. The rooms are massive, supercomfortable, whisper quiet (although its right next to Paine Field), and extremely well equipped right down to the bathroom and kitchen areas. The TV has countless HD channels, and the beds are downy and just about perfect. The staff is almost impossibly friendly and professional. The breakfast is one of the best ever, served in a luxurious large and airy section which looks out onto the pool and a huge fireplace. The french toast with strawberry compote was one of the most delicious offerings I've ever enjoyed in a hotel breakfast. There was another extremely pleasant surprise: The sparkling clean and attractive pool and spa area is open 24 hours! That is a feature that many more hotels should copy!

  Awesome Hotel near Paine Field

  I stayed here to be close to the new Paine Field airport and I was very happy with my stay! They were very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even offered free beer, wine, and food in the evenings as a little social hour. Shuttle to the airport was great to get there on time. I would highly recommend staying here for great clean rooms near the airport, and exceptions customer service. So many little touches that did not go unnoticed!

  Mother Daughter Getaway

  We did a mother/daughter/best friend night away and this hotel was a TOTAL HIT! Everything was so clean, the staff was so friendly, there was a great library of DVDs to borrow at the front desk, icecream to buy at the pantry, the kitchens were beyond fully stocked, and reserved PRIVATE pool/hottub time. Seriously, a total win and we can't wait to go back.

  What happened?!

  Third stay at this property for business. First since COVID. its full of families living in it. Children running around, weird cooking smells, trash bag lined hall ways. Housekeeping staff doesnt even try. The workout area is dim, no supplies to sanitize the equipment. MANY guests walking around with no masks. Stayed 9 days (why Im asking myself) and had to change own sheets and ask for towels, soap etc. The card key system does not work reliably and had to recode keys daily. Guy at front desk kept joking about it. Not funny, its a safety issue. NOT recommending for business travel.
