  Excelente Hotel para Visitar

  Excelente hotel!!! Es mi primera ve quedándome aquí y mi experiencia ha sido excelente. El servicio al cliente excelente y las comodidades nuevas y muy buenas. Saben valorar a sus miembros IHG. Cuentan con desayuno Buffett caliente y variado.

  El servicio es muy bueno

  El personal que atiende en el restaurante es muy atento. Gustavo tiene una excelente atencion! El servicio de limpieza muy malo. El desayuno no es muy variado. Lo mejor el servicio de shuttel si no rentas carro.

  Comfortable Stay

  We showed up late afternoon (early evening) & were welcome by a lady. As she helped checking us in, she was nice, but probably could use training. My husband mentioned that he may have IHG rewards & she glossed over it like he never said anything. The ops manager however swiftly took care of it like a champ, poor guy lost his voice but look like a million bucks; a real pro & warm (now that's hospitality). Our room was comfortable for us both: clean & well equipped with a kitchenette, work desk & lounge sofa. Afternoon beer/wine/snacks & breakfast were decent & highly convenient. The most important part: the beds -- how comfy are the beds. They're both comfy (though we only needed 1), we slept well & woke up early. We needed to check out slightly late & they were happy to oblige thankfully as they could. I hung out in their lobby lounge working remote while my husband is in his meeting, the ops manager gentleman directed me to cookies, tea/coffee. After an hour or so, the sales manager came by, she checked up to see if all is well while she was touching up holiday decor -- great hospitality all around & diligently so. In our book, that deserves a 5-star.

  So many amenities with very competitive pricing

  The hotel room I got was $74.00 "plus tax" when checking in at the front desk. When it came to swipe my card the total was $108. My instinct was to run away but I was tired and just said that's a lot of tax and swiped anyways. The front desk guy admitted it was. When I walked into the room it was admittedly very nice. Had a kitchen stocked with dinnerware. A full size fridge. I was impressed. I was just a little annoyed it was advertised or quoted at 74 when I had to pay $34 in "taxes." Turns out that the extra funds were a security deposit in case there was damage. The hotel ended up being around $83. I was very happy with the stay and amenities. Very impressed, ESPECIALLY at that price point. They blow every other hotel in that range out of the park. I just wish the guy at the front desk explained that to me so I wouldn't have been irritated and felt like I was scammed at first. I highly recommend staying here. For what you pay, it feels like such an amazing deal. It would be rated 5/5 had it not been for that little miscommunication.

  Very disappointed

  When I booked this hotel on the IHG app, there was a promotional buy two nights get one free. Thats pretty straight forward right? At least I thought so. When I was checking in with Alex, I asked him about the rate, and he confirmed it was buying two nights at the rate, and the third night would be no charge. Before I checked out, I looked at the app, reflecting three nights at $66. I realized that it was not buying two nights and get one free. I called the front desk and spoke with John, and he did not understand the rate and explained to me the regular rate was $99 per night. I was even more confused. I called IHG for assistance, and they transferred me back to the front desk. I decided to stop by the desk, and John advised me that he didn't know, and I was the first guest he saw with the promotion and that I am technically getting a third night for free, but I am paying for it... I figured the rate works is a discount off the nightly rate for booking for a minimum of three nights, not the third night for free as advertised. In addition, to the misleading rate, Alex was customer service friendly. When I checked in, I was not acknowledged as a platinum member. It was on a dry board when I walked in, but the hospitality was not there. Josh was excellent but had a sloppy appearance and not knowledgeable about the rate that I booked. The room was decent, but there were sockets not working and light bulbs out in the room. I travel to Dallas weekly for business, and I will not recommend this property, nor will I stay here again. There are other properties in the area that I have visited that have better customer service. In the end, that makes a difference in my stay. I will stay at the Staybridge at the Colony much better service and not far from this location, and they honor their rates and better customer service from their staff TJ and Sandra made me feel welcome, unlike John and Alex..
