  Bad service

  Poor customer service, room was not properly cleaned, and management was unresponsive to concerns. Hair was all over the bathroom and it was still not taken care of even after requesting it be cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Ten Long Days

  This hotel has some good people working hard to make a stay enjoyable, but, sadly, it has become a bit rundown. The furnishings need refreshed to make the suites comfortable again, and general maintenance seems to have been ignored. Tiles falling off, drapes hanging loose, paint needing redone. Likely the pandemic has given them some serious business issues, but some attention to restoring this hotel would be very welcome.

  Felt like home

  I stayed here for a month. It felt like home. The staff was always friendly and the food was great in the morning and the hotel was always clean. I really did enjoy the outdoor patio area and sit around the fire at night.

  Disappointing Customer Service and Amenities

  We have stayed at a number of Staybridge Suites & this one has been the most disappointing. Checked in Wednesday evening and on Thursday we received housekeeping service...and that was the last time we saw them! Friday they left us 4 towels for 6 people and left the dirty towels and trash in the room. At most Staybridge Suites, including this one, if you would like to have light housekeeping on the weekends you need to let the front desk know by 5:00 PM on Friday. I let them know at 11:00 AM on Friday that we would like light housekeeping and they wrote it down. Saturday we came back to our room to find housekeeping never came! I had to go down to the front desk and ask for towels and toilet paper. He just handed me the towels and toilet paper and I said thanks and he said "Yep"...no apologies or anything. It had snowed two days before arriving and the only parts of the parking lot they had plowed was the aisles, so finding a parking spot was next to impossible for the duration of the stay. The pool was COLD and the hot tub was lukewarm at best, was cloudy, and filled up with foam when we turned the jets on. The weekend breakfast attendant was less than enthusiastic about her job. About the only thing keeping me from giving this review one star was the breakfast attendant during the week. I wish I had gotten her name as she was cheerful and very helpful. Overall this was a very disappointing property and when we come back to Omaha we will be sure to find other properties!

  King is a Queen

  We booked and paid for a king bed. We were given a queen (with mystery stains on the sheets). When we asked for a king, we were told we had one (it wasnt, we measured). If you want a stained queen for the price of a king, book at the Staybridge. If you want an actual king, go to the Fairfield next door.
