  I recently checked into Staybridge after entering the room I found it to be horrible. I had to check out, cleanliness you would think would be of high priority right now. I travel a lot but I will not be staying at Staybridge Omaha anymore I really like staying there.

  Nice Room, Insane Deposit

  I prepaid for my room online. Nowhere did it mention I would be responsible for a 250.00 deposit at check-in, so bear that in mind. Room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Front door seems to stick a little when walking in, but otherwise a nice visit.

  Not what I expected

  The property is beautiful but a list of things I found wrong has me smh. I really hate to write anything negative here because the front desk gal, Lilian, was super nice and amazing while checking in. With that being said, I am highly disappointed because of our room conditions. I was hoping it would be cleaner due to COVID but as you can see in the pictures taken moments after our check in, I was disappointed. 1. Starting off with the tv and the remote. The remote did not have batteries. We had to ask for some. Then, the tv didnt work at all. Every channel we surfed said channel not available so we gave up. 2. The carpet was not properly vacuumed 3. Stains in the sofa couch my son was supposed to sleep in 4. Holes in the drapes. (See pictures) Its a shame so many things are wrong with this room but for the price Im paying and staying here two nights, I did not expect this. I hope they can make it right.

  Do Not Stay Here!!!!!

  This is the worst place we have ever stayed! The room is disgustingly dirty. Let me list all the things wrong: TV did not work, curtains are broken and didnt close, blood was on the toilet paper roll, pull out couch has multiple stains on it, pullout mattress - dont even think of waiting to sleep on it, and to top it off is that someone tried to enter our room twice!! Called the front desk and after reviewing the security cameras it was determined that someone actually did have access to our room and was not hotel staff. The front desk merely apologize. Thankfully we travel with a dog and the entering person did not enter once they heard the dog bark. Seriously, DO NOT STAY HERE - NOT SAFE OR CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Disappointed

  The hotel is very aged and tired. Pictures are not what they are online. Room was not a suite but a normal size hotel room. Blood stains on sheets and stains on the ceiling . There are other hotels around town much nicer than this. Would definitely stay somewhere else next time.
