  Missing perks, status not acknowledged, service could be better, but rooms clean.

  I called to ask about the shuttle, I couldn't quite understand the schedule (something to do with when a certain person went home for the day but it was unavailable to bring me to Bricktown Sunday at 5:30pm. I would have liked to know that there were Lime scooters in the parking lot which would have worked for me, but instead ended up paying for parking. Sometimes hotels will re-reimburse parking or pay for a taxi, but this was not the case. I waited approximately 25 minutes to check in (one person ahead of me), apparently the systems were acting up. I felt bad for the lady in front of me visiting the surgery center where it took the front desk about 18 minutes to just provide her the rate for the night. One of the (non front desk) staff was unable to log out. I was not apologized to for the wait, just thanks for your patience. My Spire Elite status was not acknowledged, I did not receive an upgraded room. Sometimes I will receive a bottled drink free from the pantry in such cases but they did charge me for that. You could tell that Covid-19 measures were in place and were being well followed. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the facility over all. Masks were required outside of your room. Several pantry items were out. The elevator was quite slow for a newer facility. Breakfast is pre-packed grab and go which included one small bottle of water, 2 granola type bars, and prepackaged muffins. The front desk would get you coffee so if they're busy it could be hard to get. It's like the management has great ideas but the execution is not happening (except for the cleaning staff, they did great).

  Outstanding Customer Service

  Hats off to this hotel and it's manager Lane! We had a small issue with our room. Lane went above and beyond to make the situation right. We really appreciated his effort - and are looking forward to coming back to Staybridge Suites when we are in the OKC area.

  This place has some work to do

  First of all, both of the rooms I had were in rough shape when it came to the living room furniture. Stuff coming out of the couches, rips in chairs, etc. I was shocked to see the furniture in such rough shape for this to be such a new hotel. But my bigger concern was with the staffing of the hotel. I checked in at approximately 6:00pm. The gentleman working the front desk was clearly brand new and was not able to answer some pretty basic questions. He was working by himself and clearly did not have enough experience to do so. I am not blaming him for this I am blaming hotel management. My family and I went out to dinner later that evening and came back about 10pm. The same gentleman was still working when we returned. We then went to bed and left early the next morning at 7:45am. The same person was still at the front desk!! I asked him what time he left and came back. He left at 11:30 the night before and was back to work at 7 the next morning. This is totally unacceptable and is no way to treat your employees. If this hotel doesn't have enough people then they should hire more rather than simply overtaxing their existing staff. I thought this was totally unacceptable and this hotel management staff really needs to get their front desk staffing in order.

  Ice storm

  This place has very professional and efficient staff and friendly. The suite is excellent in size and layout. Kitchen is bigger than a lot of houses and the living room is perfect. Very large and accommodating bedroom. The only drawback is, due to Covid, they do not serve breakfast. I would recommend this suites to anyone traveling the main Interstates thru OKC.

  Quick over night stay

  Booked this hotel on points and this is the only reason we stayed here. I dont understand the concept of why these companies build hotels literally a stones throw away from the freeway. Luckily we did not hear any freeway noise during our stay. Room was adequate a cheaply modern, showing wear and tare even after the short time it has been open, beds were comfy and clean. No breakfast offered, and nothing offered to replace it, points etc. staff were all friendly and accommodating. A little out the way of bricktown with large roads to cross etc with no sidewalks. Unless its free I would stay elsewhere.
