  Excelent service

  Excelente servicio. Gran ubicacion cerca de una plaza comercial en uno de los condados mas bellos de Minneapolis MN. Terminal de tren cerca. Con servicio de comida GRATIS los dias martes miercoles y jueves de 5 a 7 para los huespedes. Un patio con area de juegos y alberca techada independiente de la zona de suites.

  Wear Comfortable Shoes!

  This is a good hotel with a few issues. First, the luggage cart was the worst Ive used in years. Difficult to push freely and bucked and bounced all the way down the hall. Heres the tough part of the hotel. It is built in a giant U shape with the front desk in the middle and the elevators at the end of the legs. Our room was close to elevator but at the end of 2 long halls. No elevator near the front desk. And this is Minnesota. It rains and snows. There is no covered entry for loading luggage. Not user friendly. Breakfast was ok but I have issues with a community container of yogurt to dip from. Much nicer to have the smaller packages for guests.

  This Hotel Staff Rocks

  I highly recommend staying at the Stay Bridge Suites in Maple Grove if you are ever in the Twin Cities area. The amenities are amazing, breakfast is a real treat, and the staff is outstanding. Amy has helped me out a few times when I am in town on business and she always provides the most courteous and thoughtful service. Check in to this hotel ASAP!

  Consistent staybridge experience

  Staybridge Maple grove is conveniently located near shopping areas. Having stayed at other Staybridge locations, I knew what to expect and this location met my experience - located with easy access to local food shopping and highway - comfortable beds and good housekeeping

  Sheets were not clean and daily cleaning was bad

  The sheets were not clean when I arrived. They were only changed after I had stayed some days. The room was cleaned daily but this cleaning was not very good. The lady in the reception was not interested in my stay and didn't ask about my stay when I left. The refrigerator was so noisy. The good thing was that the room was quite large and had a small kitchen.
