  Perfect

  This really was a perfect hotel for our family while I was in town for business. It is well appointed and extra clean. They were offering to go items for breakfast and sign ups for the pool due to COVID-19. Plus, everyone has to wear a mask while in any common area. All staff were friendly. The only con if staying here was the parking. Not many options if you have a vehicle that doesnt fit in an underground parking garage.

  in COVID era, cannot ask for better arrangement and price

  pleasant welcome and plenty of parking without parking charges pets accepted at a reasonable rate As a Platinum Elite member I was treated and thanked immediately and offered a room upgrade without asking. The cleanliness, the availability of hand sanitizers throughout the facility, and the individual pool sign-up times were a sign of serious consideration for the clients. The Free Breakfast suffers from the COVID-related restrictions but this is the same everywhere. there were enough offerings available for brown-bagging that I did not feel hungry afterwards. I did like the fact that coffee was served by the employees so that multiple visitors would not have to handle the coffee servers. Some people may find this an inconvenience, but as a Physician I felt this was a well-thought out and appropriate way to reduce potential infection spread. I also was pleased to see that all patrons and employees were appropriately masked in the building. Lastly, the price was right especially with the amenities available in the suite. Obviously with an equipped kitchen, can go the grocery store or bring your own foodstuffs and not have to go out to restaurants if you don't want to.

  Good Stay

  WE stayed one night and had a pleasant, clean stay. Our ice machine was not working in our room but that was the only negative thing I can report. The hotel was clean, and it was nice to be walking distance to restaurants near by. I was concerned about the highway noise, but it was not heard from our room.

  The Good and the Not So Good

  My family stayed here for a quick night or two in November. Here are the pros and cons. PROS - Friendly helpful staff, convenient free parking garage, clean kitchens, clean hot tub and pool, soft and absorbent towels, comfy bed. CONS - No hand sanitizer in elevator dispenser (for 3 days), abysmal breakfast of cheap cereal, granola bars, unrefrigerated bottles of grapefruit juice (no other juice provided), VERY small bathrooms, crumbs in the hallway, and noisy since you are close to the highway (check out Google Maps and you'll see what I mean). We loved that you could reserve the pool for an hour and have it to yourself, but the water was on the chilly side. That's it. Overall pretty average. Probably won't be back.

  Just ok

  Warning....Traffic noise is ridiculous, jake break noise from truck traffic on the beltline is nonstop! The refrigerator in our room rattled & hummed continually. The bedroom door kept locking on its own when the door was closed. Thank good one of us was in the bedroom when this happened otherwise wed have no bathroom access. The tv remotes were sketchy, the tv in the sitting worked ok but the volume on the tv had to be at 90 in order to hear it. The bedroom tv remote only worked to turn on & off & volume. No tv channel listing sheet in the room. Cmon how hard is it to copy it & up it in the room? The continental breakfast was very sad, all prepackaged cheap pastries. I understand COVID restrictions but not even any fresh fruit?? And if you want coffee or juice you had to ask at the front desk! We stayed in the area 3 weeks ago at a different extended stay and their breakfast box to go was 100% better!! Very disappointed that this is part of IHG. On the plus size, the beds were comfortable, it was close to my doctors office & staff was very friendly.
