  Fantástica estancia en Manchester.

  Empezando por el personal de recepción y siguiendo por el personal de comedor (Patricia y Caddie), una recepción muy calurosa, pendientes en todo momento de los clientes. Ninguna pega con las habitaciones, comodas, te hacen sentir como en casa. Repetiremos,100% recomendable.

  Fantastic stay

  Stayed for a couple of nights for hospital appointments during lockdown. Very impressed and will definitely be staying again. Spotless room and excellent facilities. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help - supplied a cot and highchair in our room. I wasn't expecting the takeaway cooked breakfast during lockdown - great choice, and very tasty! Overall very impressed and would highly recommend.

  We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with kitchen (including dish washer & Nespresso machine), living room area, bedroom (with super king sized bed), and a bathroom (with shower over bath). All the facilities were high quality (including appliances, toiletries, and supplies in the room) and the shower was great, good water pressure and easy to find and maintain the correct temperature. Breakfast was ordered through reception each night and delivered to your door the next day (including hot item) and the food was a high standard. Parking is offsite close to the hotel and is relatively cheap. The gym is open and very well equipped with lots of space. The stand out feature is the staff who are friendly, attentive and anticipated our needs. They could not do enough to help and were always polite. A real credit to the hotel. Also, dog friendly which is rare for such high quality hotel.

  Exceptional

  My wife needed emergency eye surgery at the hospital and we needed somewhere to stay nearby to return the next day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the suite was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. So greatful to the night time concierge who really looked after us. Thanks!

  Great Place to stat

  I was here for work and a swimming competition. The hotel was excellent very clean rooms were lovely a great welcome from staff. The quality of the bed was excellent and the staff couldnt do more. COVID protocols in place were excellent
