  What we needed

  After a long day of preparing a relatives apartment for her upcoming discharge from hospital, we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean, large suite for our use. We didnt need the kitchenette for this visit but the jacuzzi tub and quiet room were! Conveniently located to highway 401, White Oaks mall and Parkwood/Victoria Hospitals. But the kindness of a discounted room for those with family in hospital has gone a long way to help us manage the journey of assisting an elderly relative. Thank you!

  Needed two bedrooms

  We needed a two bedroom suite which the Staybridge had at a reasonable price. Check in was quick and easy. The room had a good layout. It was clean. Definitely needed to be updated as the kitchen counter was pulling away from the wall, some of the furniture was very worn, and the room temperature was hot.Opening the windows did nothing to cool it down. All in all, it was a good location, decent price and a good room.

  Very nice hotel. Great location !

  My family needed to find 2 rooms to stay in due to a very sick relative in the area and then again, rooms to attend the funeral a few days later. Staybridge Suites accomodated us nicely ! The hotel is situated in the south end of London, just off Highway 401. The lobby staff were very efficient and got us into our rooms quickly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and a good selection of fresh fruits. Kitchen staff were friendly as were the ladies cleaning our rooms. This hotel is very close to a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall down the road. This hotel is in a cluster of other similar hotels. We have found Staybridge Suites competitive in price with the others with nicer amenities- more updated rooms and nicer breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to London.

  Outstanding

  Stayed here for 2 weeks recently, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast along with the social dinners were very good, right up to when the CV19 News broke out, when they adapted immediately by closing the Pool and Gym. Stopping the breakfast and social, and putting in place a grab and go breakfast. They did a great job adapting. One thing I didnt like which was not there fault, was I noticed some people who were staying in the hotel, walking in with foot ware that were overloaded with mud. It amazes me how some people can be so inconsiderate to businesses and others. Im sure these people dont walk in their own homes like this. If your reading this and your one of these people, please be more considerate.

  Stayed here in the past and was fantastic, cleanliness last night was a major issue

  In previous stays here, both for business travel and family fun this location that is conveniently located right off of highway 401 was fantastic. The staff are polite, organized, friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was also fantastic. Also, previously the rooms were spotless and appeared to be cleaned very very well. My last stay however, was up to the same caliber. I was moved twice due to hygiene issues with my rooms. There were obvious details that were overlooked and messes left from the previous guests. I will not go into great detail on this platform, but given that COVID is rampant at the moment you would think that a hotel would want to give their customers the warm and fuzzy feeling that the rooms are adequately cleaned between guests. I hope that they can address this accordingly, as I would like to continue to stay here as it is very convenient and so close to good amenities in the great London area. Thank you
