  Racist staff wouldnt allow us the room we reserved. Because it was too big for us.

  Weirdest hotel stay ever. We had a reservation for a two room suite, when we arrived we were informed that we have too many people to stay in that room 2 adults, and 3 children. So they started by telling us they have no room for us. Eventually they ended up offering us a smaller room. I understand they cant put too many people in one room but we stay at Staybridge suites all the time because their two room suites are perfect for our family. But apparently in Little Rock the room is too big for our family. So we had to get a smaller room and pay more. That right, SMALLER ROOM BECAUSE WE HAD TOO MANY PEOPLE FOR THE BIGGER ROOM. . If I actually believed their story I would give it 4 stars because other than the loud air conditioner the hotel is nice but it was very clear that the front desk person didnt like my family and would rather serve people of a different skin color. This is literally the first tome I have experienced racism from a hotel in my life. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

  Perfect in every way

  Having stayed at this location almost 20 separate stays since its opening, I can say that it is the best overall hotel in Little Rock. And while they do have a wonderful location, and wonderful facilities, what sets this location apart from the rest is the staff. I have never felt so welcomed at a hotel as I have here. I especially want to mention Amanda, who has gone out of her way to make each of our stays perfect. On one of my stays, I left an item in the room after check out. Housekeeping found the item and turned it in to the front desk, Amanda called me and let me know she had it, and then secured it until our next visit almost a month later. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, clean, and well organized. Even with all of the new COVID related issues, I have never felt unsafe. If you have any business at any of the area hospitals, or in the downtown area, you cannot beat the location either.

  AWFUL STAFF

  I went to check in and the girl working in the AM was EXTREMELY RUDE. I booked a room online for a one night stay while here for business. The room was a small one bed room. The girl said that I should probably upgrade to a king size bed because of how FAT I am. When I asked to speak to the manger for her rude remark, a middle aged man walked out and starting laughing when I told him the girl called me fat. I walked out crying and will NEVER be returning there again. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!

  Nice room

  Covid restrictions prevented breakfast and evening socials. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was large and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Convenient location for meals and stores. Not far from major highway.

  The Hotel of No

  What a glum place this is: No breakfast, other than oranges, bananas, coffee, and, if you want one, a 2-oz size yogurt. No meat, no toast, no bagels, no eggs, no milk, no half-and-half for coffee (just the fake stuff). No evening "social," which was once a Staybridge staple. Probably to save the cost of bringing in an attendant, and out of fear there'd be too much close contact rather than social distancing. No ice on the upper floors, and a chancy ice dispenser on the "breakfast" room soda machine. No housekeeping except by special request at the front desk. No soft lights in the dim rooms just garish, cheap fluorescent bulbs in the lamps and a single lamp is the only light in the bedrooms. Beds are overlain with extra padding that make them too soft if you prefer a firm mattress. It's a stark and uninviting place right now, in short, made more so by the pandemic.
