  Pretty nice stay

  Building is clean, room was decently clean. Cleaning person needs to wear a hairnet, black hair everywhere. Hot tub was very relaxing after a long day but the jets didn't work. Breakfast was pretty good! I'd stay here again!

  Not the best place and not up to IHG standards IMO

  We stayed only one night after a long drive. My wife told me not to use the bathtub. She ran a towel inside it and it came up very dark in color. Seems the cleaning is not very thorough there. I would not return because of that alone.

  Spacious suites but customer service is sorely lacking

  We have stayed here several times, and it seems to have gone a bit downhill. There was a leak in our bathroom from the suite above. We told the front desk about it, and they didn't seem too alarmed and didn't follow up with us about it. There was water on our bathroom floor and the kitchen counter after the person upstairs used the shower. The pool area didn't have any towels, and I had to call the front desk twice to get someone to bring them over. The microwave/stove nightlight wasn't working in our kitchenette. TV had some channels in Spanish and another one for the visually impaired. WTH?? Suggestion: Put a trash can near the pet walk for doggy poo bags We love the spacious suites, but the hotel needs to up their game with customer service.

  Very happy with my stay here.....

  My husband and I stay here for one night, I just wanted to share that I was so happy and pleased with our suite, everything looked just like online. Very clean, spacious, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I liked it so much that I would love to stay here again. I cannot comment on the breakfast part or any of the amenities due to not being available or open to the current pandemic that is going around. This room/suite was worth every penny. Absolutely, excellent quality!!! Needless to say I loved it.

  Botched Reservation

  I booked a reservation for 8 days for my family of 5 for a 2 bedroom suite ($1400). After driving 10 hours we arrived and I went in to checkin. The receptionist informed me that there was a miscommunication and they did not have my room. She stared at me with a blank look on her face I assume waiting for me to say ok and walk out. I asked if they had any adjoining rooms. No. She said they had rooms but not together and we could have those at regular price. I asked her to call her manager and see if they could discount the rooms since we would not be together. The manager said they couldnt. I that point I did say ok and walked out. Terrible management and terrible service
