  Outstanding Customer Service - Exceptionally Clean Facility

  Front desk manager "Angel" lived up to her name because she made simple every task that was creating confusion and anxiety. We checked in on New Year's Eve and there was a scheduling conflict with a neighboring hotel that was also owned by the same company. Angel made a 1st floor room available to us and got it cleaned in record time. Angel also pulled together a terrific snack & beverage event that evening after the regular manager had decided to forego having any evening repast at all. The room we enjoyed was immaculate. the facility is located adjacent to the Lakeland airport and it is very safe. The full-menu breakfast in the morning was perfect and I told the gentlemen that prepared it exactly that. The "only" negative of this property is the dish washing machines which can plainly be heard in the suites immediately under the operating machinery. Thank you Angel & Will for doing your absolute best to provide exceptional service during a personnel shortage created by the holiday.

  They don't care!

  I and my family were here just for the weeked and how I wish we did NOT choose to stay here. My room did not get cleaned and when I asked for the front desk to please send someone - no one came. The manager is new and has no clue what she is doing and neither does she care as she still has not called me back. Dont stay here!

  My favorite long term stay in Lakeland

  Staff was very courteous & professional! I stayed here at the beginning of COVID for a couple weeks & it was amazing! Hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and safe. Medium-firm king bed with fluffy bedding & pillows was like sleeping on a cloud, best part no bedbugs. Kitchenettes were some of the best in long term stay hotels Ive seen. They provide almost everything from dishes, utensils, to soap, rags, dish brush, DW detergent & all. They have BBQ grills, pool, FREE laundry which worked excellent, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy. AND they offered grab n go brown bag breakfast! Thanks Staybridge Suites Ill be back!

  Rooms are on the dingy side and finishes are sloppy

  Open gaps between the tub and wall where water can get in? Check. Vinyl stick on flooring peeling up in the kitchen area? Check. Spots of black mold on the bathroom ceiling? Check. Crusty burnt on old coffee on the hot plate of the coffee pot? Check. Come on guys. You can do better than this. It just tells me that the management doesnt care. And the colors are dark and makes the place seem dirty. Maybe its very clean, but it doesnt feel that way, especially with all the other sloppy stuff going on. On the plus side, the full size refrigerator was a nice touch and most of the staff was friendly, with the exception of Jessica who was harried and overwhelmed, and kept taking her face mask off and putting it on one ear. The whole experience did not give me a clean and secure feeling, especially in these times of Covid. If anyone is worried about the noise from the airport next door, its really very quiet here so you dont have to worry about that. And it was fun watching Prime Air take off and land.

  Amazing Stay!

  Travel with a pet and COVID-19 restrictions concerned me but our 18 night stay was great! Everyone was very friendly and made my dog Sissi feel like she had a dozen new besties! The girls at the front desk always took the time to give Sissi a little lovin...especially Cindy, Jessica, Jaz and Mia! Mia also was very good with my husband to ensure the flowers he had delivered were placed in my room before I arrived on (Valentine's Day) and he still talks about her and her customer service! The maintenance guy Alex also took time to greet Sissi daily if we saw him as did the housekeeping staff. The happy hour gal was always super nice and Charlotte always made sure we started our day with a great breakfast and a smile. We have ZERO complaints. Our room was very clean was extremely comfortable for our extended stay. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites in Lakeland at the airport!! Excellent job ya'll!!
