  The worst stay ever

  Starting from the ground; The front desk team didnt give any attention to anyone and they kept us waiting for too long, and the reason behind that was that there was only one on the desk who was completing his colleague activities who left without closing them!! The bed sheet has very bad smell, which makes you lose the trust to sleep on the bed. No mobile network in the room. No one can reach you unless if you use any chatting application utilizing the hotel internet access. So if you are there for business any you have a meeting on phone, its better to stay in any open area and lose the privacy and quite. The hotel is not providing any transportation services, and its really difficult for any taxi/Uber driver to reach the property. Very close to the restaurant there is a leakage coming from the ceiling and the floor always wet which may hurts anyone . The restaurant team are really aggressive and dealing with everyone in non respectable way. Not to mention the restaurant has no variety in salad/ food & drinks neither during breakfast nor dinner (its really poor), and if you ask what is the reason behind that specially during dinner time, the answer will be because this is a complimentary dinner. Assuming that the management team hotel is saying why we need to add more kind of food, while this meal is free. Just eat!! On the other hand you can find that the hotel is providing hot & cold drinks in paper cups!! ((Really I cannot imagine how this is one of the luxuries hotel of IHG group)). If you decided to stay on the pool you will suffer too much to get any service, where if you find someone from the stuff and you gently ask for him for such, he will ask you to serve yourself like what happened with me just for getting an ashtray. If you have an issue with one of the workers and you decided to share your insights with the duty manager, trust me he will do nothing for you, because simply he has no power to solve your issue. In addition you will be shocked when you get a request from this worker to go escalate. And the disaster to see him start shouting to the duty manager in public, if the duty manager try to say just a word to solve your issue. At the end with no doubt this will put you in a very bad position in front of everyone as you will be shown as if you are a trouble maker. Last but not least; If you stand next to the front desk you will hear a lot of complains raised by many gusts about the provided quality of services. Finally; Im not recommending this hotel by all means, and Im strongly requesting IHG group to re-evaluate this property carefully and wisely, because when we are selecting such hotel that will be because of IHG repetition nothing more!!

  Great Stay !

  another great IHG property . stayed there one night for business meetings and i can say it was perfect and just what i needed . location is bit far from city center but you dont need to worry as the hotel is attached to a shopping mall so you can get anything you need . rooms are huge and very clean , staff were very hospitable and helpful . my check in process took couple minutes only with a smile :) well done guys and of course ill be coming back

  Stay at Staybridge Jeddah

  I arrived in Jeddah at 2:00 am on Christmas Day. As the holiday is not celebrated in the nation, it might seem an unlikely spot to enjoy Christmas there, but given the extraordinary focus on children in Saudi Arabia, it felt exactly Christmas should feel - happy children everywhere - and Staybridge Jeddah feels like home, thanks to the remarkable staff, great suite, and excellent amenities. I spend a week or so each month in hotels, and only very rarely offer a review. This place is awesome.

  Great Hospitality

  Stayed here for a night. The two gents who helped us (Sultan and Majdi) were extremely gracious, helpful and hospitable (rare for around here!). The hotel itself seems new and it clearly shows. The suite was clean and well equipped. It had a pool and a gym. Best part was that its connected to the Andaulus Mall (one of the bigger malls in Jeddah) and across the Salaam Mall (that has a lot of local brands, if you are into that). Overall great experience.

  Just what I need

  A perfect place where you can reach every where in Jeddah, close to the main center, by the Alandalus Mall where Empire Cenima is and close to Alhamra Beach. Special thanks to the receptionist Fahad, he was very helpful during my 4 days stay.
