  HORRIBLE, ESPANTOSO

  Es un hotel adonde no limpian. Dejamos la habitación a las 12 medio día, regresamos a las 5:30 pm y no habían hecho las camas. No LIMPIAN, cuando me quejé vinieron y si hicieron la cama sin cambiar sábanas, y la mucama s fue. Tenemos una hora y más esperando que nos contesten en front desk y no atienen. Es un hotel que no limpian y carísimo para lo que ofrecen. Se pide una dirección y no saben, la respuesta es "busquen on line" es FATAL, nunca se les ocurra venir a este hotel es una PORQUERÍA. No son limpios es una cuna de BACTERIA DESGRACIDAMENTE, mi esposo pagó por adelantado. Yo ya me hubiese ido de este PULGUERO. No vengan a este hotel, su vida corre peligro

  Mucho ruido del sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado

  Lo bueno: el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son de muy buen tamaño, me hospede en la suite con dos habitaciones, cada una de buen tamaño y el espacio común es muy cómodo. Lo malo: el ruido del sistema de aire acondicionado y calefacción en la habitación con cama king es casi insoportable. A mi hijo de 18 meses lo tuvimos que mover a la otra habitacion. Resumen: si el ruido para ti no es un problema este es un muy buen hotel, pero si tiene el sueño liviano no es una buena alternativa.

  Very nice hotel, excellent staff, clean and comfortable!

  Stayed here with our family of 8, and rented a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean, and the size of the room was great, and had two full bathrooms! The beds were so comfortable! A special thanks to Tiffany at the front desk who helped us out, and was so friendly and courteous. After a long road trip, we were tired, and she was very welcoming to us, as well as all of the guests and staff who I saw her interacting with. We didn't get a chance to use all of the amenities, but I am sure they were great as all Staybridge Suites usually are. Would definitely recommend this location!

  Over the TOP with cleanliness, organization.....Hospitality!

  I walked from a competitor hotel to see if the the inside looked as sharp. Well, it was even better. I have been in the hospitality industry 31 years in Jan 2021 and one thing is for sure..... You cant fake hospitality!!! Charles, Theresa, Ronnie... Thanks for putting up with me.

  Nice Place To Stay

  My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a weekend getaway. We specifically chose this particular hotel due to an open swimming pool/hot tub and a hot breakfast. There are also plenty of things to do in Fishers and we didn't want to go into downtown Indy (especially during Final Four weekend). The hotel is in a quiet area and the building and grounds were well taken care of. At check in, we were given our choice of the first three floors. We chose the third floor and despite lots of guests for local sports tournaments, we had no problems with noise, elevator traffic or access to amenities. We had to make a reservation for time in the pool. We went later in the evening and it was nice to have fewer people there. The pool is a saltwater pool and had a dedicated lane for those who swim laps. The only drawback was that the hot tub stopped working on our first night. Maintenance wasn't able to immediately fix it. The guest services rep was very kind and gave us a break on our nightly rates. She also credited our member account with 500 points. Our room was clean, well appointed and had a comfortable king bed, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and coffeemaker. All were in good condition. My only complaint about the room was that there is no fan in the bathroom and the toilet is situated so that no one else can enter without hitting your leg. The breakfast was set up for guests to gather their food and take it back to their room. The eat in area was closed down due to COVID restrictions, but was a nice open area with a fireplace. There is also a center courtyard with a grill and outdoor seating. All in all, this is a nice place to stay. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants (7-15 minutes from IKEA, Cheesecake Factory, Cracker Barrel, etc.).
