  Wonderful

  Maravilloso Hotel. Nos quedamos aqui tres noches, somos un matrimonio con 2 niños. la habitacion comodisima, la cocina muy util y completa. habitacion aparte para nosotros y un sofa cama en el salon. 2 televisores. Los niños disfrutaron un monton. Apenas pagamos 100 dolares la noche y estaba incluido el desayuno. Muy variado tambien y completo. el hotel tiene mucho encanto. Usamos la piscina y los niños se lo pasaron genial, con el agua templada!! Esta en una zona alejada del centro pero muy tranquila. Se tarde como 20 minutos al zoo y 15 al museo de niñños. Vale la pena!!!

  Grata sorpresa

  Hace poco me había quedado en esta misma cadena el Fishers, por lo que mis expectativas eran un tanto bajas, pero me sorprendió, es mucho mejor que el de Fishers, mas nuevo y mejores instalaciones. Grata sorpresa, habitaciones impecables

  Soccer weekend

  Stayed here during soccer tournament at grand park. Location is convenient to the park, restaurants, and shopping. Our room was clean, stafff was friendly, and the small kitchen was an added bonus. They rearranged the breakfast area and had servers prepare our plates. Most people took their food back to the room but there some tables m. Overall great place and would stay again.

  This hotel is showing it's age

  We had stayed at this hotel previously in 2010, and I gave it a glowing report. We stayed aging in July, 2020, and I was a little disappointed. The hotel has not been updated quite as much as I would've expected over that length of time. The bed was just as hard as the floor, and was very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was just as bad or worse. The plug in by the bed were not easy to use next to the bed for phones or my CPAP machine. I would expect them to be updated for all of the electronic equipment that most people have these days. The front desk staff was not overly friendly or helpful, which was a big change from the last time we were here! The good news was that even with COVID-19 being an issue, there was a hot breakfast. The attendant was extremely nice and filled our plates with what we wanted. He was properly attired with protective gear. No guests could help themselves, so it was very sanitary. Everything was put in plastic containers or on paper plates with plastic cutlery. We then took it to our room to eat. Since each room has its' own kitchen, this made it very easy. I feel as though this hotel is due for some updates, so that it can be back to the great hotel that it was in 2010.

  Nice amenities, friendly staff

  My husband and I stayed at this hotel in September for three nights and found it to be the nicest Staybridge we had ever stayed in. The room and hotel were very clean with a friendly staff that made you feel welcome. We were in a double queen suite which had an updated kitchen with granite countertops and a peninsula with bar seating, full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and everything you would need to cook with if desired. The adjoining living area was roomy with new comfortable seating, TV and desk. The separate bedroom area was typical, clean, comfortable and updated with TV as well as bathroom tub/shower combo with nice shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers in the shower. Very convenient! I love having the separate sink area so someone can get ready while another is taking a shower. Masks were required in all the common areas of the hotel and there was no crowding anywhere. Breakfast provided was surprisingly good since we didn't know what to expect with Covid19 restrictions. There were more selections than I thought there would be and was served to you by a very helpful attendant where you could eat in the dining area that was well spaced out or take it to your room. I would recommend a menu board that could be changed every day so the attendant didn't have to explain the daily offerings and you could be prepared to give her your order. The Wifi worked like a charm, the TV offerings were good but a little confusing to us. One small downside was how loud the ac unit was but we got used to it and it worked very well. We didn't use any other of the hotel's amenities but saw the pool area which was very nice and housed in an indoor separate building in a courtyard area. The location was very convenient to the Carmel, Westfield areas, where we spent most of our time, with plenty of shopping, dining selections as well as access to the main highways but the hotel was located in a quiet area. We would stay again and highly recommend. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stay pleasant and comfortable!
