  Habitaciones full equipadas / Full equiped rooms

  Las habitaciones están completamente equipadas. Cocina y electrodomésticos, pequeña sala, cama y baño, todo en un espacio suficiente. Habitaciones recomedadas sobre todo para familias. Lo que más difruté del hotel fue el comedor o lugar para tomar el desayuno, porque es muy acogedor. // Rooms are completely equiped. Kitchen, home appliances, sofa, bed and bathroom, all in enough space. I recommend this rooms to families. What I enjoyed the most in the hotel was the breakfast place, because is very friendly and cozy.

  Great Place to Stay

  Had the pleasure of staying here while in the middle of our move from Denver to Houston during the COVID-19 crisis. The staff is extremely friendly and they still continued to provide breakfasts and dinners that were pre-boxed so that we didn't have the buffet style. When we needed to extend due to our household goods not coming on time the manager made sure we kept the same room but still had the full clean done. Everything about this hotel was great during our experience.

  Not enforcing City Ordinances

  First of all, this is a very nice clean facility in a great location. The staff is pleasant and is mostly compliant with the mask policy. (One of the reception desk people had the mask halfway over her mouth but her nose was out). My main problem is that the National Guard is staying in this facility and is hanging out all over the common areas with NO MASKS ON! These are the people that are running COVID-19 testing in Houston!!! I got in the elevator and noticed a letter from the manager saying that they are aware of but NOT enforcing the city mandate to wear masks. I called and asked the manager, Jon, about the policy and was informed that it was a decision by the management company. I informed him that they could be subject to a $1000 fine and he was aware. Ultimately he did process a refund which I appreciated since I definitely would not have stayed here had I known they had such a policy. I probably would have given 1 or no stars but but it is a nice facility and the people working there are just trying to do their jobs.

  Great stay

  Stayed here one night on business. The staff was kind and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. My 2 minor complaints- the hotel is a bit of a maze. I normally try to use the stairs when I dont have luggage, but stayed with elevators so I would have signs on which way to turn to make it to the lobby. The social was to go food only, which is fine. But when I went down, 20 min after start time, there were no to go plates available. I just decided to buy dinner somewhere else. Everything else was great though

  Clean, very nice, courteous staff, very accommodating. One of the very best hotels I have stayed in. Coming home from vacation we discovered our A/C was shot. Between ongoing battles with the home warranty company in combination with Covid, we are now on our 9th day of hotel living (with 2 dogs). If we had to do this, we are so thankful for this property. Could not rate them higher. It has a small kitchen and a very nice grocery store within one minute of the hotel. A plethora of eateries within walking distance and walking paths in the trees and woods. They also have a happy hour during the week.
