  Had to stay for soccer tournament

  We were assigned this hotel for my daughter's soccer games nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The woman working breakfast good not have been nicer and more helpful. The front desk was pleasant every interaction. Even the cleaning people were nice...which is unusual. I felt like the price was outrageous, but I'm assuming that was due to a ton of soccer teams being in town. I would stay again of price was reasonable compared to others.

  Very nice and spacious, bit noisy from the floor above

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice, must have been renovated within the last 2 years. There were 6 of us staying in the suite and it was surprisingly spacious. Excellent value for what we paid. The only problem was we could hear people walking around on the floor above at night and it was quite loud.

  Absolutely Yes! *****

  While I dont check out until tomorrow morning I am reviewing with confidence that checkout will be as seamless and excellent as my stay so far. The staff was very courteous and professional upon checkin and thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know for my stay. The room was perfectly prepared prior to my arrival. The full apartment size fridge was perfect for keeping drinks cold and ready during my extended business trip stay. The staff in the breakfast area was extremely accommodating to my requests. This is my first stay and a Staybridge but will certainly not be my last. Be sure to consider this location when you are in the area!

  Friendly Staff and comfy rooms

  Nice hotel in a location that is close to a ton of options on woodruff road. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions you have. The rooms were spacious and large which helped me unwind after a long day of work.

  No accountability for corporate mistakes

  Please double check everything that you make with the 1-800 number before you check in. The 1-800 reservation promised one thing and the actual hotel could not live up to the promises. No solutions were given to correct a mistake by the reservation agent. They only asked for more money to add additional rooms. We have stayed at the property many times and have always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are great (especially having a family of 5 and 2 fur babies) and the room are always clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is very sad to think that corporate can ruin all of that for a mistake that was made on their part. The most frustrating part is that no one seemed to even try to make it better. Double check everything and make sure you have in writing what you are told over the phone. Sad to say I will not not back to a IHG property.
