  Very comfortable and very clean

  I didn't know what to expect because Staybridge as a brand and IHG its parent company are very inconsistent. However, the Staybridge Suites Great Falls checked all the right boxes. Very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great for sleeping. Even the linen was comfortable and not scratchy as is often the case at limited-service hotels that use a polyester-cotton blend. Very clean. Some aspects of the hotel are outdated and showing wear-and-tear (carpeting, televisions, some furniture) but everything was very clean. Housekeeping takes pride in the hotel's spaces and product. Staff were friendly. While I wasn't greeted by name or asked how my stay was at departure, everyone at the front desk and the breakfast attendant were polite and friendly. Management should re-train staff to greet guests at check-in and check-out by name, as in "Mr. Jones." Good location with a couple of eating and drinking options in walking distance. The train can be annoying, but that's the reality of city life. The riverwalk is very nice. It's just too bad there isn't an outdoor pool or outdoor hot tub. That would be a dynamic addition with the riverfront view. My only complaints: 1) The TVs are old. 11-years-old to be precise. And very, very small. The remote controls aren't intuitive either. In 2020, most chain hotels offer smart TVs that are 45 or 55 inches large. 2) No location information in the guest rooms. I figured there would be a Great Falls or Montana tourism guide or map. 3) No beer or wine in pantry. 4) The shampoo, conditioner and body dispensers are disgusting, especially with coronavirus. CDC says these spread diseases. I know IHG wants to mandate these across all brands, but this needs to be re-evaluated given coronavirus and other diseases. Cutting costs shouldn't trump guest health and safety. 5) A light refresh with new TVs, new carpeting and better wall art would go a long ways. All things considered, I would stay here again if in Great Falls, though I might check out the neighboring Marriott property as it has rooms with balconies.

  Wonderful hospitality

  We had a nice stay. Accommodations were clean and beds were comfy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Was our second time there and we will be back. Property location was ideal, right on the river walk.

  Best place to stay!

  Such a great place to stay! The beds were beyond comfy. Stayed in the suites 2 different times and both were perfect! Was like a home away from home! We will be staying again soon! The front desk girl is also super sweet and nice!

  Great Place

  The staff was very friendly. Clean rooms & common areas. They served a Great hot breakfast. The rooms are large & spacious. The Fitness center was great with cardio machines & a good selection of weights.

  Customer Service is lacking

  No soap at the sink, no coffee in the room. This was mentioned during check out and I was told that they are at the desk. I feel that this is a nuisance and the items should have been in the room. Check out requires that you go to the desk, I feel this was also intrusive.
