  Very kool

  I pulled in and there is plenty of lit up parking and the entire exterior looks great! I was hoping it continued inside and it did. After talking to the gal at front desk I understand they are consistently improving. Keep up the excellent work! Ill definitely stay at this location again.

  Very comfortable and classy!

  Everything looked clean, updated, and well-kept up. My suite was very comfortable, modern, and pleasant to stay the night in. The bathroom was roomy enough. There was a small kitchenette that is sure to come in handy for travelers. The sofa was comfortable and there was plenty of lighting. I would stay here again!

  Horrible care and safety

  Horrible experience began at checkin. Desk clerk wasnt wearing mask and greeted when she was not separated by plexiglass. No other guests wearing masks and many people standing in small lobby. Clerk speaks my room loudly for all to hear as she hands me my key. I get on elevator with food and family of 5 not wearing masks wants to get in with me and I told them that I was not that comfortable being in elevator with that many people. So they get off and yell out whats wrong with her? I complain to management and they take no responsibility and told me that I could leave. Hallways also dirty with large bags of trash.

  Decently maintained

  In December I had to book a hotel for travel. I picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and had a kitchenette. The hotel is in an okay locatoin, but it was right by a highway and old motel called the Diplomat and near an rv dealership. The staff were okay, but multiple times one of the people put up the sign on the front desk that said Be Back In a Minute but I looked out the front glass to find that said staffer was outside taking a smoke break. The hotel is poorly maintained, with the janitors trash left in the elevators and paint stains on the floor. It was poorly painted, and the only place for one to take their dog so it could go to the bathroom was a littered space of grass right next to a busy street. I would not recommend that you stay at this hotel.

  Never again

  Me and my family drove across country. ELKHART was our first stop on the trip. I planned the trip out completely and booked all our rooms ahead of time. I booked an 2 bedroom suite for our family. I got a call ahead of time the day of check in, saying they had no more 2 bedroom suites, really the only reason I chose to stay here, we got downgraded to 1 bedroom suite. I agreed to this thinking someone could sleep on the pull out couch, I was wrong. The pull out couch is big enough for a child. It was so uncomfortable that we went downstairs and were going to pay for another room so my family could have a bed. The man at front desk would not let us get another room even though we were going to pay full price. My family had to go next door to a different hotel for a room. I was charged twice, once for the 2 bedroom and once for the 1 bedroom suite. Had to contact website for refund. There were old lamps all in the hallway. The staff were rude and not friendly. They weren't helpful at all.
