  No-Long n short-check-in around 11:45 pm it was fine got settled I always check my surrounding areas (where my room is in relation to outside of my car) about 12:15 am getting ready to go to across the street for food, Im in my running rental car which is parked right by the front door, A man out of nowhere knocks on my window (I barely crack it) asking if I have jumper cables and could I follow him, his wife and kids are in the car its cold I suggest going inside calling for help and they could stay warm he was insisting I come I refused. He walked away, all the way around back of hotel to a parking lot (I later looked in my car in daylight) I pull out to leave( bothered and Leary by this interaction) the man is then flying up the road in his non starting Chevy suv no wife no kids (as there is a bright light shining in and there is only 1 reflection) told front desk she didnt seem Concerned.( Again he said his car wasnt working but and the wife and kids were cold but all false) The inside lock on my door was also broken which the guy working the front desk worked diligently to get fixed for 2 days which was appreciated however I took a picture of it prior and the reflection In the lock is not mine it is that of a man. So Im not sure if this hotel has cameras in rooms but I did not feel safe a single night I stayed, opened a case with customer service over a week ago, they have yet to call back. (24-48hrs they said) bathroom light switch was dirty you could see the scum/dirt, good water pressure in shower tho.

  Always a great stay

  The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the rooms are always clean. I stay here frequently and they remember my name and greet me with a smile. Definitely recommend this hotel! Shay is always friendly and helpful. He deserves a raise or promotion!

  We had a lovely stay at Staybridge. It was clean, comfortable and the front desk staff and IT staff were very helpful. The kitchen was clean. I would recommend it to anyone and will return when I need to.

  Great Stay, Once it Was Corrected

  This hotel definitely falls under the category of "unique." Upon checking into this hotel, the hotel lobby had an A/C malfunction so the main part of the hotel was stifling hot. I felt bad for the crew having to work under such conditions. Upon receiving our keys to the room, my friend and I were greeted by a labyrinth of corridors and ramps to each floor of the hotel which was strangely confusing and the number system for the rooms they use was something I'd never seen before. Upon entering our room, we were shocked to see that it already occupied, as when we opened our door we ended up walking in on the current guest. We immediately reported this to the front desk, who sympathized with us, and were equally as embarrassed. It seemed as though this was an error with checkout from the guest before. This is the only reason why I am reviewing this 4 stars instead of 5. Unfortunately with the incidents at hand, we decided to cut our stay short a night. But, the hotel had gladly given us a refund of the difference for the additional night. Pros: The A/C in the room at least was ice cold, the sleep quality was good, the location was quiet and easily accessible, and the hotel itself seemed clean given the COVID-19 pandemic. I would stay here again if I needed to.

  Shockingly Seedy for a Staybridge

  I recently stayed at this hotel thinking it would be at the higher level I've experienced at Staybridge's in Houston and Lubbock. Not so. My first inkling was when I asked for a cart, it took the lobby attendant 10 minutes to find one, then it was the tiniest, most strangely shaped cart I've ever seen. Barely held my items. Then I get to the room and notice right off a strange large STAIN on the bed skirt, plus the sink is cracked in several places. Finally to top it off the television doesn't work in the living room and the one in the bedroom only received about 5 channels. The desk clerk was very nice but couldn't fix the TV. They offered to move me, but I was too tired at that point. Also, I understand the reason why the dishes are all in the dishwasher, (Covid safety) however they were not very clean and had food still dried on them. Uck! Overall a very unappealing experience and not up to the standards of any IHG properties I experienced. Get it together Staybridge at Denver Tech Center!
