  Clean, Shaky

  Nice hotel and nice rooms. This would have been a 4-star review except for the following. 1: The room shook. We were on the 4th floor and the room shakes! Im pretty certain its the air conditioner. But it was pretty shaken and I know Im not the only one that has noticed it as there was tissue paper stuffed in the light fixture to try to stop the rattling. Through the night it was a little unnerving. 2: The toiletries (lotion and hair conditioner) werent replaced/refilled. I like the hair products but whole the hair conditioner looked like it had plenty, it did not and the lotion was there still from the previous guest and partially used. Thats a little tacky. I did enjoy the look and layout of the room, the pillows, the cleanness. The breakfast was fine. Not spectacular but fine.

  Watch out for a group lof LOSERS who take over place calling themselves the "squirrel" somethings

  We stayed there 3 days. Check in and the room was good. But at 9:36 PM crazy banging, noise, slamming etc. started. Went on past 12pm midnight. Called front desk many times. Sounded like our ceiling would crash in. In the morning they tried, at the front desk, to even ask if I had called the so called offending room. A new shift person said she might know who it was and it was a group of "people" who called themselves the Squirrel "somethings" . All I know is I paid for a expensive room and peple literally were slamming stuff aroun, throwing things, laughing, and no one did anything. The next morning the one younger girl at the desk changed our room. I would have given higher stars for her, but if this hotel lets people like this stay here and not kick them out, you have to wonder .Stay at a more family friendly ., caring hotel. Lady serving breakfast was great, and it was pretty good.

  Excellent long term stay facility

  Just finished a four month stay at this facility, as a renegade from an overseas city where COVID was more scary than in Colorado. This relatively new (2 to 3 years old) facility has an excellent staff who go out of their way to provide friendly, attentive service. My summary of pros and cons: Pros: New facility, well maintained. Excellent view of the mountains from many rooms and from the outdoor courtyard / firepit / barbecue area. Large (eleven machines) guest laundry where the machines are free to use. Small but adequate fitness room. Great location for access to major roads (470, Santa Fe). Several excellent walking / biking trails are within walking distance. Cons: The firepit area is supposed to be cleared by 11:00 pm. On rare occasions, guests would stay later than that and get louder as the drinking progressed. Staff was good about 'chasing' away the offenders when called. There is only one restaurant within walking distance, but plenty are within 2 - 3 miles in Highlands Ranch and Littleton. Neutral: Due to the brave new world of corona virus, I did not use housekeeping services, choosing to do my own tidying up. The housekeepers were all very friendly, and kept me well supplied with necessary items, bringing changes of towels, sheets, etc when needed. The breakfast is standard, packaged fare, but there is a good selection of items. That is, perhaps, the 'new normal' for hotel breakfasts. However, one can easily opt for Starbucks and similar establishments just a short drive away. Minor point for complaint (but not about the hotel) was the number of guests who refused to wear masks in public areas. Staff reminded persons of this state requirement with signs and verbal warnings. But some would not listen. Not sure if all hotels/motels are experience this, but it was mildly disconcerting. Or could it be a political statement? I do not know.

  In the middle of it all and a comfortable clean stay.

  Denll was the person who checked us in, assisted with restaurant suggestions and was always folding towels while trying to assist everyone. Another gentleman, who worked during the day was also very busy, very helpful and folding towels. We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nice and the microwave popcorn was a nice touch. The towels are rough, but thirsty. The view from the patio area is beautiful.

  Nice stay

  Staybridge suite options were good for us with a 6 night stay and a small dog. We brought in take-out many nights and the full coffee pot with coffee provided was nice. The breakfast provided safe sealed choices. The pool and exercise room were nice and rarely used. Morning front desk and kitchen staff were great. Staff practiced good COVID practices. Room AC and heat were good (not a window unit), bed and bath linens were nice. I wish the we could have tried the BBQ grills.
