  Overnight stay

  Terrific place, large 2 room suites, comfortable bedding, great staff, very good buffet breakfast included, great non bitter coffee, had a second cup!! Highly recommended I will stay here or another like it again.

  Clean, Comfortable & Kind

  My wife, baby and I stayed here for 2 weeks after losing our house and everything we own in a fire. The entire team at this location was extremely warm, kind hearted and did everything they possibly could to ensure that our stay here was comfortable and that all of our needs were met. Forgive any misspellings here, but we'd like to give A HUUUUUGE Thank You to Candice, Julie Ann, Amy, Stacie, Liza, Yolanda and the rest of the staff for making sure we were happy. You all did everything in your power to take some stress away from us during this unexpectedly difficult time and we are forever grateful! If anyone is looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay for any occasion, filled with the kindest people you could possibly meet, this Staybridge Suites location is it!!!!

  Very Clean

  Stayed in a Queen Size Suite. It has a full kitchen and a living room. We liked that we had the pool to ourselves, you have to make reservations for the pool and gym. We thought it was safe especially during this time (Covid). Breakfast was Grab n Go. Definitely coming back. Beautiful and Very Clean. The Front desk Staff are all Friendly.

  Cheated out of $100.00 with NO communication from hotel

  My husband, small Special Needs doggie and I stayed at Staybridge Suites in Polaris/Columbus, OH in late September, 2020, for 2 nights. Our dog is never destructive nor defecates or urinates inside, whether it be in our house, stores, relatives homes or hotels. We take him practically everywhere. This includes myriad hotels and stores where owners allow him inside because he is harmless. During all outings, our dog always remains with us at all times, including our stay at this Staybridge Suites. We received our credit card bill 3 weeks after our stay and were surprised at the additional $100.00 charge from Staybridge Suites. After several attempts to reach hotel management, the only staff I was able to reach was unable to answer any questions; she simply read notes stating there was damage to a stool and carpet; no details were given, but the manager signed off. This was the first time we heard of this because no one had the courtesy to contact us or send pictures proving there was damage. I left 3 voice mail messages for 2 different managers, and still have heard nothing. I am shocked at this hotels lack of response. I have stayed at numerous IHG hotels, and this is the first time Ive encountered such blatant disrespect, dishonesty and lack of communication.

  Amazing visit!

  We have stayed here several times in the past, and we are always happy with our stay! Clean, large rooms, pool, exercise room, hot breakfast.... love it! Thank you also to the lady working at the front desk who was nice enough to take our photo for us!
