  Small suite but well-designed

  I had a studio suite, which was somewhat small, but made very good use of the space. Decor - nice modern Clean walls, floors, bathroom and kitchen Bed and bath linens were good quality I didn't use kitchen area, but it appeared to be stocked with essentials (dishes, cutlery, cleaning supplies) Location was quiet Staff were helpful - my room card did not work at first. The desk clerk re-programmed it and accompanied me to be sure it worked, which it did Very good value for under $100

  Nice staff/pleasant stay

  Room was clean and comfortable. The first night, there was an issue with the hot water, but when I called down to the front desk to ask about it, the gentleman at the front desk (Omar) apologized profusely, explained the situation and let me know that the hot water would be back in about 15 minutes. (And it was!!) The next night, I called down to ask about TV channels, as there was no guide/listing in my room. Omar (again!) explained that there were 2 different channel guides depending on which of the 2 TVs I was viewing in my room. He said I should have both listing in my room and, when I told him I didn't have any, he immediately ran both copies up to me. (Seriously ran...I was on the 4th floor and he was there in less than 3 minutes!) I often work nights and hotels don't always have the best people staffed during the evening hours. Omar was exceptional in providing great customer service and making me feel like a valued guest. The rest of the staff that I encountered were very nice as well. I will definitely stay here again!

  Arnold Weekend- No Chlorine in pool

  Stay away from this pool. Attached you will find photos of the insect that was swimming in the pool, a photo displaying the film of grime that lay on the surface of the pool. The third photo shows the ECOLABs recommendation of standard manual daily reading levels of chlorine, pH balance, and alkalinity of the pool. The next photo shows the test results that were performed by the maintenance man in front of me, and the front desk clerk. Waited an hour for the manager to arrive because he was at home. That was a complete waste of time because he was rude, dismissive and admitted that he did not know how to read the water test.

  TERRIBLE! I have stayed at much better Cheap Motels

  EVERYTHING was broken. The sofa was so worn and saggy you kept tipping to the side, the cushions were put in wrong, The dishwasher had a large hunk hanging on the floor, food was left in the refrigerator and the bottom metal was hanging, the bed was extremally uncomfortable, the toilet was loose and rocked and the phone did not work. The list goes on and on. We were never offered to change rooms only to have maintenance sent up. No thank you with Covid. The breakfast bag was was very minimal, bottle of water, instant oatmeal, a green orange and a small granola bar. The room was clean but you can usually expect so much more from Staybridge, you pay for quality.

  Not a Typical Staybridge this Hotel was Filthy

  Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, while the beds and baths seemed clean on arrival the carpet and floors were dirty. We traveled with pets and were very alarmed that 2 of the windows were left wide open with no screens on the 4th floor. We went to bed shortly after arriving in the morning I realized there was old food in the cabinets. I spoke to the front desk and was assured they would look into it. Due to covid we did not want housekkeping in the room. The fan did not work in the 2nd bathroom and when I was checking under the edges of the bed b4 leaving I found food garbage, vape pen, packaging for personal items and used lolly pop sticks. It was beyond disgusting especially when you are assures d of increased cleaning protocols. When I went to the desk at check out I was told that th"the room had been marked as clean, and it should not have been. " So We stayed in a dirty room during Covid! And on top of that we were charged a pet cleaning fee of $75. My Dog is cleaner than the last guests. We did get a price adjustment however it does not begin to resolve the situation or quell our anxiety. Stairwells the interior of the elevator and the common areas were also unacceptable. Stay somewhere else. Stay somewhere that actually follows safe cleaning protocols.
