  So very pleasantly surprised!!

  Such a great experience I had to write a review! Staff was wonderful!! Busy, snowy weekend and many staff members were there for long shifts because they cared about their guests and making things better for the guest. Room was very clean, bed was outstanding, so comfortable!! I may be looking to buy one of the same mattresses. Room was large so you had space to spread out. Breakfast was presented well and many, many options. Again, staff was friendly and helpful.

  Wonderful stay

  This was my fourth stay. I am a repeat customer because of the ambience, cleanliness and ammenities offered. The staff is the best. Every morning when stumbling down for some coffee, Ivan, who sets up breakfast, offered the friendliest "good morning". Tessie has been working the main desk for a long time...calls everyone "honey" and helps with anything you need. This is true for every staff member I met. The hotel breakfast is great...always eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles and one other hot dish along with the usual stuff. They also put out a dinner. The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are comfortable and pretty. There is just a nice atmosphere to the hotel so other hotel guests are friendly. This is an overall great place to stay!!! Oh, yeah, and every afternoon they put out a tray of chocolate and white macadamia nut cookies...and they are the best and no one notices if you take 3 or 4.

  Above and Beyond

  Kathy at the desk and Santos the GM went above and beyond for me when I got locked out of my car and was late for work. They let me use the lobby phone to call my rental car company multiple times, and even offered to take me to work. Some of the best service I have ever received at any hotel. It was much appreciated! The hotel was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay.

  Got forced out without notification

  Oh boy. Where do I even start. The Staybridge is honestly the worst hotel I have ever tried to stay at ever. I say try because I booked a room two weeks in advance. Then, on the day I show up, they inform me that I do not have a room to stay in. They said I can go to a hotel, 15 minutes away, and stay for free. They said my room got flooded. I told them that the point of me getting their hotel was to be in walking distance from their hotel. They didnt care and told me to be responsible and not drink as much. Its a damn shame that a hotel ran this bad is in such a great community. On top of all of this, they refused to give extra pillows to a room of a friend that we were hanging out in. The room had a king bed, with a pullout full size mattress, and only 2 pillows. Something has to change ASAP

  Awful

  They are the worse! They called the police to put my family out, because of they thought we were being loud. They claimed someone complained and the guy that checked us in targeted us told his coworker to call the police on all of us if someone complains and we did not even book together. Come to find out it was another room that had weed smoke coming out of it. I feel that we were harassed and they know something was wrong with what happened, because they refunded our money a week later. Please proceed with caution if youre going to stay there.
