  Excelente servicio!!

  El personal es muy atento y se desvive por hacerte sentir como en casa. Si tengo que volver algún día ni por un segundo dudare en volver a tomar esta opción. Me encanto la habitación que esta muy equpada y confortable, las instalaciones del hotel y sobre todo el trato de la gente que esta al servicio del huésped. Si estas buscando donde hospedarte esta es mejor opción en Chantilly y sus colinda cías!

  Supero nuestras expectativas

  El hotel lindo, cada detalle muestra su interés genuino por servir y hacer sentir a sus huéspedes como en casa. Las habitaciones muy buenas, lencería suave y limpia ... Muy cerca hay restaurantes y sitios de servicio. El personal cálido y atento. Me fascino... Volvería un millón de veces aquí.

  Underwhelmed

  Upon arriving at this hotel (on a Sunday), my first impression was the filthy parking lot (lots of litter, including fast food bags of trash and run over plastic water bottles on the ground). A cigar ashtray within the parking lot had not been emptied in quite some time and was full of disgusting soggy butts and paper trash. I noticed in the parking area a women's travel bag on then ground and decided to not touch it but instead to report it to hotel personnel. When I arrived at the front desk, there were approximately 7 arriving guests in front of me and only one clerk. After a 15 minute wait, it was my turn. The female clerk was helpful enough. I mentioned the travel bag I had noticed on the parking lot, to which the clerk said that someone has been "calling all day" looking for their bag and a staff member would retrieve it when they got a chance. Clearly the hotel was understaffed that day. Upon arriving in my suite, it was generally nice but I noticed a long black hair on the nightstand and more long black hairs on the bathroom floor. The suite itself was generally comfortable and fine. The room did not have USB ports, which surprised me for a newer hotel. There is no sound buffer for the adjoining room and voices from next door sounded as if the occupant was in my room. He spoke on the phone and it was impossible not to hear the content of his conversation. Continental breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were tasteless and unsatisfying. Turkey bacon was very salty. Coffee did not taste fresh. I am an early bird and was alone having coffee, watching the morning news, and without a word, a clerk walked by me and changed my channel and kept going. Even if programming for the breakfast area was pre-determined, this was rude. On my second morning, the hotel had no half and half or milk for coffee. You would think someone would make an emergency run to 7-11 for some half and half for the guests but that didn't happen. Pastries were good. Lots of other irritating things during my stay. The clock in the fitness room had a battery that needed replacing but day after day, the hands of the clock blipped but did not have the power to push past 6:38. The most ridiculous thing I encountered was the manner my bed was made. The bedspread was pulled over tangled sheets. It looked like the work of a small child trying to impress their mother. By the end of my stay, I told the housekeeping staff not to bother. This hotel is not a bad value, but all in all, I got the feeling that the hotel staff was not particularly interested in going the extra mile to please guests. My employer made my reservation so I don't have a choice in the matter, but if up to me, I would stay away from this Staybridge location,

  Close location to the Air & Space annex in Chantilly

  Nice hotel with happy hour and snacks. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. This was a no issue stay! Rooms were large with plenty of space to stretch out. A kitchenette and microwave made for in room snaks.

  Absolutely exceptional

  This review is so overdue!!! I still have much to write but for now Ill leave it at this until I have a chance to add more: This place is exceptional. The team is amazing. I cant say enough about staying here. We stayed here for 2 1/2 months over the summer now were in the hotel again for about another month. Amy is a brilliant manager and the team are all stars. 2 adults a dog and a toddler and the suite didnt even seem small at all. When we came back (unexpectedly over Christmas), we walked into the lobby and said, we are home out loud. My work had booked a room for us somewhere in Tysons and we refused it and said no we have our place its Staybridge Chantilly. Thank you all.
