  First Time Guests

  First time staying in a Staybridge and we would probably do so again. Very warm welcome and greeting on arrival and no problem checking in. Staff very helpful regarding dinner options with take out delivery menus and a listing of local restaurants with locations noted. Suite was clean and there were nice touches such as the wipes for TV remotes, phone, etc. Bed was comfortable, linens nice and very quiet. Best part was the shower head and water pressure - very high which made for a relaxing shower. Forgot to tell management that one bath towel had three rooms and was past it's prime. Took one star away - don't want to be too fussy but the breakfast area was messy, maybe because we got there towards the end. They were out of some things and it had the appearance of a recent mad rush with sloppy guests and breakfast staff that simply could not keep pace with keeping things stocked and clean. But would probably go back again. Very pleasant staff.

  Great stay

  Received a warm welcome after a long day of travel. Very impressed with staff. Good breakfast and were sent off with a goodie bag of water and treats from yet another impressive front desk staffer. Good start to our trip.

  Family extended stay

  I stayed here for a week in November, and was on a business trip. I felt a bit out of place because its an extend stay with families running around. Very family friendly, but I was looking for a place to work. Staff is excellent, rooms needed a bit of TLC.

  Good but needs work

  I have stayed at this hotel many of times the last few times I've noticed the rooms are starting to get musty. Mechanical equipment in the rooms make loud humming sounds. Difficult for light sleepers also close to the highway so loud traffic as well. I am a light sleeper last two stays have not been a good comfortable sleep at this location. Garburetor did not work, one bowl three plates very limited utensils. Staff is very nice and the people who do the food are also very nice.

  Top floor use to be a smoker floor and smells like it.

  The lobby is beautiful and the staff that checked me in were very nice. Within minutes of being in my room my asthma kicked in. I was wearing a mask in the hall and could still smell it. The room is older and the bed creaked when I sat on it. The air would not go below 74 although was set to 65. I immediately knew I couldn't stay. They were kind enough to cancel my reservation and helped me get setting at a different hotel across the parking lot. However the next day I was charged for a room charge. I immediately called and was told it was refunded, however it was not. I called back 7 days later and again was told they refund, in which case a Partial refund came through. I am still trying to work out the rest with the staff. They are trying to be helpful but its been a lot of work to get the charges worked out. Overall. The hotel is ok, don't stay on the top floor if you have any problems with smoke. Rooms are older and outdated. Staff is very pleasant but seem to have trouble with doing anything that is outside the norm.
