  Excellent customer service

  We stayed two nights for a hockey tournament, very accommodating, great outdoor space to sit around the fire pit in the evenings. We opted out in getting our room cleaned during our stay but I like to thank the great housekeeping service for turning in my iPad which I had accidentally left there. I didnt notice until we were almost home that I had left it, we live 5hrs away, I called and front desk did confirm housekeeping did find it. It was mailed out to me and I did receive it in perfect shape. Thank you Staybridge for the excellent customer service.

  Awesome hotel

  This one is my favorite Stay Bridge by far!! Clean hotel breakfast was great with many options including soft drinks! I was only in town for one night but it was great wi stay again next time i come to visit family

  HORRIBLE SERVICE TO AFRICAN AMERICANS

  My sister had ended up getting a 2 bedroom suite for her essential job. The suite we were given room 229 had multiple issues. The power kept going out every time we plugged something up. The TV in the double bed room cable did not work. They did not try to fix these issues, they simply said not to plug things up and how to flick the breaker box. That was it. The ice machine did not work. When we requested extra pillows they simply set them on the floor (no bag, no case, no anything). Then on our last night the racist clerk, Matt accused us of being loud and disorderly. He called the room first. At this point our kids were up so we assumed it was them walking. So once we put our kids to sleep he had came up to our room rude as ever saying that he was the assistant GM and that he would call the police and we needed to leave. This was our SECOND noise complaint. We said we would calm down and to have the GM call us because we didn't want to further argue with him. It was 2am and our kids were sleep. He sat at the door while we talked calming amongst ourselves about how rude he was. He then knocked on the door and said "I've been standing right here listening to you all and you guys need to leave now". He called the police on us due to his feelings being hurt about us talking about him in OUR room quietly that we paid over $400 for. He called the police and had them escort us and our children (from the age of 1) off the property. Just for him to realize the next day (because the complaints never stopped) that it was a totally different room (room 117). Once the GM was notified about this mistake he did not take any action to fix it. Instead he accused my friend of not really being an essential worker and stated that our intentions were to drink with children in our room and that we would not be being refunded or allowed back to the property (as if we would return). Noah, Tempest, Matt and the rest of upper management were very unprofessional. Luckily she was able to dispute it with her bank. But I would never in my life recommend this hotel to any person of color. They are lazy and only worried about revenue instead of the guests.

  Can't be happier

  What a fantastic place to stay! Let me start with the hospitality and professionalism of the the staff Tiarra R. Was one of the best, the friendliest and one of the most professional staff member who really goes the extra mile for her customers. Hotel was clean , it has all of the amenities that you need. The area is quiet and there are plenty of food and shopping options very close. Definitely would recommend nthe stay here!!

  Travel safe during Pandemic

  We were very concerned if the hotel was COVID-19 ready before I booked our trip. I called the hotel when I made our reservation for detail information and decided to stay here for 2 nights. The suite itself is clean and nice (although I always did double clean once I moved in), but the night shift reception was not well trained. She spent much longer time to locate our reservation and our room. The reason I gave 4 stars was because there were parties at the courtyard with tons of people did not wear masks nor social distance for hours. I understand there was nothing the hotel could do, just did not feel comfortable. I like their breakfast set up, all were individual wrapped. Thank you.
