  Excelente servicio y hospitalidad , es como estar en casa!

  El transporte a las oficinas es muy bueno, el personal del desk es muy amable, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y el ambiente es como estar en casa. Muchas gracias! Thank you everybody but I am relly happy with K.J, the best driver in hotel! Always on time

  Mean Desk Manager. Scary people roaming the halls.

  Our whole group was punished by the Desk Manager for the actions of one person. Totally overreacted to us. Could not reach guest relations on the phone today. So I am venting my anger here instead. Have a good one IHG. Will avoid your hotels as much as I possibly can. Oh and please, could you enforce the shoe wearing policy and possibly remove the obvious drug addicts from the lobby and hallways. Thanks in advance. If I could give a zero I would.

  Worst Hotel (Motel) ever

  Terrible Motel. This might be the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews as their is nothing positive about this place. We had roaches in our room, the bedding had kool-aid/blood stains on it, the other bedding had a huge rip down the middle, bathtub drain doesn't hold water, heater sounds like a steam engine is in the room with you, front door doesn't shut fully. The room is just gross. Housekeeping does not vacuum or sweep the floor. The breakfast is inedible, and if you don't make it by 930am, they let the hounds out on you as the close the kitchen. Really rude employees. But no one was worse than Neal. He needs a new job, terribly rude and angry human who should not be in the business of customer service or hospitality. Do not stay at this dump.

  My new favorite hotel chain.

  I have been a loyal Hampton Inn fan, for a sling as I can remember. When in doubt about a particular location, I can always default to Hampton. They are still great. But, in most cases, they do not allow pets. Other hotel chains are pet friendly. But the pet fee is sometimes astronomical, in some cases, almost as much as the room cost. Not at staybridge. $15 pet fee, although you must sign a damage/pet owner responsibility form, which lays out additional charges in case of pet damage. That is reasonable. If I had pets that I was worried would damage the room, I would not take them. Clean, quiet, comfortable all suite hotel with table, desk, kitchen, for similar price to other "bedroom-only" rooms in other chains. My only complaint is with the breakfast. If bacon were included or a turkey sausage, it would be better than the super oily link sausage. I joined the IMG club and will start looking for staybridge suites wherever I travel. Nice job!

  House Remodel Refuge

  Our family including dogs needed a place to stay while our house was being remodeled. We chose Staybridge due to its proximity to our house and my office. We were there for 2 months and while it had its challenges mainly due to the dogs, it was as good as it could be. The facilities are spotless, the staff constantly keep it clean. I always found ALL of the staff to be very accommodating whether requesting cleaning times, supplies, or a room change. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays they prepare a food and drink offering where it is much about food as it is socializing. I highly recommend this place if you have dogs; get a room on the main floor, the area is great for walks. You can take them out thru a side door. Breakfast offering is typical, but better typical, usual have fresh fruit and changed featured item daily. I always found the staff to be friendly and responsive. Gym is fine with a good selection of equipment which I found empty.
