  Special Promotional Accommodation Package

  We took advantage of the special package of 2 night for $245 with breakfast , complimentary mini bar and drinks. We have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, bed was comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. Would have no hesitation in recommending staying at this location.

  Great place to stay

  I can't fault this place, The staff are super friendly, the rooms are extremely clean and the food in the restaurant is amazing. The pool and free putt putt facilities are great for the kids, not to mention the specials they have on offer which appear to be all year round.

  A decent stay but improvement required

  My wife and I stayed here from 31st Dec 2020 to 4th Jan 2021. The accomodation was clean & comfortable and the breakfasts were pretty decent. This place represents excellent value for money but there were some areas where improvement is required. The shower had poor water pressure and the water temperature varied a lot. This happened every single day of our stay at a variety of times of the day. Also, I felt the reception staff were were not very welcoming - on arrival and at check out I felt that they were expecting that I was going to be a trouble maker for them (e.g noisy or trying to evade bill payments). In fact, we behaved well, did not dusturb anyone and pointed out that the hotel made a mistake on our bill (which they agreed with once I highlighted their mistake). All in all, I still left reasonably happy but its fair to say I would not return here as there are many other local options which are superior at a simular price (or slightly more). This was an opportunity missed for this hotel operator because my wife and I are regular visitors to Margaret River and this was our first time staying here. Had they impressed, we could have spent a lot of money here in future.

  Great stay

  Our stay was fantastic. The bed was comfy (always a bonus) and the staff very friendly. We ate dinner at the Willow Grill and the food was fantastic. Great portions and beautiful flavour. Our only downside we had was the noise heard through the doors in the main hallway (we are light sleepers). The noise was not at silly hours but still audible from other guests going to breakfast/returning to their rooms at night. Thank you we shall no doubt be back :)

  It's just ok

  Had 3 nights here in the King Room it was clean and roomy... Cooked breakfast was nice. Had dinner only once, thought it was a bit pricey looking at $100 for 2 people. For tappas...... Not close to the city centre have to drive. Probably the highlight was the free mini golf. Price of rooms are very reasonable for but just nothing exciting or brilliant to entice me back.
