  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE VERY RUDE AND AFTER YOUR MONEY

  My husband was staying here for work he had already stayed a few nights for work so his night was comming up to book so i booked the room again for 2 more nights with Hotels.com I received an email conformation that it was all booked and taken care of i even received a text from my debt card that the 110.40 was taken from my account so the room was paid for all he had to do was go change his key needless to say when he went to change his key the owner Mike told him the room was not paid for but then proceeds to tell him that he can not give him the room for the price he paid cause his price is more expensive, ok so how do you know what I paid if you have no information on the booking. So my husband proceedes to tell him ok then let me go get my things out of the room and the owner Mike to him he could not get his things out until he came up with more money. He started screaming at my husband and threw a paper at him and was waving the phone in his face He was very rude Hotels.com called him to straightnin out this matter and he was screaming at the person on the phone and hung up on her He was holding my husbands things for ransom My husband had to pay another 67.00 and call the police just to be able to get his things out the room and leave that nasty place. So this Crook Mike the owner got 110.40 dollars and another 67.00 from us Please do not stay here they are scammers and want more money than the hotel is worth it is not even worth 20.00 a night

  The worst worst worst worst hotel in Demopolis

  It´s the worst hotel in Demopolis, it´s very dirty, the restroom has lot of bad smells, the towels are old, the bed it´s not clean, frigorade is dirty also. On general all stufs are dirty and unpleasant. Also, the person in charge is so unpleasant, impolite and rude.

  CONDEMN THIS NASTY PLACE!

  This is by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my life. Dirty sheets and blankets. The blanket had pubic hair all over it. The floor was so nasty I wore my shoes until i could get in the bed. Holes in the wall, no remote to tv, 6 channels, furniture looks like they got it out of the dump, walls are dirty, multiple holes in curtains, moldy and dirty sink, 2 paper thin towels and 1 washcloth, nasty wooden pallet beside shower. I am certain the manager was high when we arrived. The Health Department needs to shut this place down.

  My Stay at Greenwood Inn

  You hotel is beyond filthy. You cant sit in the chair they provided at all. Its too nasty. You can not walk bare feet in the room. Your feet will instantly turn black. The tub had a big dark ring around it. If you dont answer room service when they knock they will walk right in. The man Mike is not friendly at all. He was walking around in the office bare feet and his feet was black. The room smell terrible. They have those old hutch back TVs in the room. We wasnt allowed to have guest there.

  Horrible Management

  Greenwood Inn and Suites is NOT up to par anymore. First off, we booked thinking it was still the Best Western, which it isnt. They do not even manage this establishment anymore, and now I know why. We booked for MVSU homecoming. The bathroom still had the previous guests belongings in the shower and the room was semi cleaned. It looked like they straightened up to accommodate more guests because of the type of weekend(homecoming), and they knew guests would need a place to stay. We were in and out our room all weekend, kindly asking housekeeping to provide clean towels and a clean room as we passed her. The entire weekend, OUR ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED! When i complained to the front desk clerk, she stated, You must of had do not disturb on your door. I kindly told her no maam! The staff were not doing what they needed to do! For the price we paid, we could have at least got clean towels. Next, i asked for a manger, they told me his name was Rick! RUDEST MANAGER EVER! When I complained about our service and HIS STAFF! He basically treated it as an oh well, stating that since Im checking out, there is nothing he can do! As I explained, we were in and out, its homecoming and I didnt know I needed to micromanage his employees for him! He was not accommodating AT ALL! Several guests complained that their room was not serviced and nasty all weekend. That is unacceptable for guests and customer service was definitely an issue as the lady tonya was also being rude! I would not recommend this hotel if you were on your dying bed and needed a place to rest, please consider booking elsewhere!!
