  Comfortable stay for a city trip

  This "mini-hotel" is a sort of extended B&B with 6 rooms with inclusive bathroom. There is an adjacent shared area that can be used for leisure and eating. The Hotel is completely renovated with brand new furniture and bed. The rooms are very comforable and clean. Posted pictures are very representative. There was a receptionist available 24h who was very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is located at the ground floor of an appartment building in a courtyard connected to a busy street; No street noise and quiet rooms. Breakfast was provided through a voucher for a foodchain restaurant that was around the corner Overall, Hotel location is good, at short walking distance from metro station and not too far walking from the centre itself.

  Very nice, small, clean hotel

  Very good, neat and modern hotel in Saint Petersburg. The room was small, but everything was clean. Very comfortable location, near two metro stations. Friendly staff. It is possible to run out on hot water for the shower though!

  You can do much better

  Getting reservation wrong is the biggest sin a hotel can make and they got mine wrong. I ended up having to use a public bath and toilet near the kitchen, sometimes stumbling in the middle of the night to ease myself. Other than that: 1) The bath is always flooded or wet. 2) The toilet has a washing machine and when in use, the toilet is unuseable (think noise and heat). 3) Sheets and towels have seen better days. 4) This place is far from the tourist places and you need to take the metro. 5) WiFi is erratic. 6) I realised that you can get similar or better hotels within walking distance to the palace square where most sights are located

  Beware...You won't get what you paid for!

  We arrived at the property and were clearly disappointed that the room I had reserved 3 months ago was not available. What is even more disappointing is the fact that we have communicated via e-mail so many times in the past but no one had the courtesy to inform me that the room of my choice may not be available due to renovations etc. We were asked to pay more to check-in early and we were okay with it but even then we were NOT informed that we are getting a smaller room with only proper sleeping arrangement for 2 adults. There was so much confusion here that it almost took over an hour to sort everything out. There was a reason I had requested a family room as the comfort of my parents was top priority for me, however my father fell off the sloppy uncomfortable sofa bed last night and hurt himself in the back. I tried to raise the concerns to the appropriate members of the management team but really get a proper response other than a scripted e-mail. Clearly the mini-hotel fell short of my expectations and left us very uncomfortable.

  Great cheap place to stay.

  I went for a nice visit to St Petersburg, and found this hotel. It is almost impossible to find, but it is great. There are like 6 rooms. Very simple rooms, but very clean and comfortable. And for less than $15 a night, you get breakfast included, but you have to walk to the corner of the street to get it. I would go back. For sure.
