  Great hotel with everything you need.

  Clean big rooms with great facilities to keep people of all ages entertained. Our main purpose was skiing, and their ski room was large enough for all equipment storage. The restaurant has good food with good service. It is about 7-10 minutes uphill walk from the Spindl bus stop. Breakfast was good quality and staff are quick to clear tables. In all I surely recommend, and I will certainly be back.

  Nice location, nice staff but had problems

  I am allergic to dust mites. Usually I do not have problems in hotels. But there I had ;) I think there is to many carpets. Another problem with carpet is on stairs. There is illusion that there is one more step. Due to that my wife felt and I managed to not fall. Good price and location. Breakfast - nothing special. Very nice staff

  I do hope an owner will improve the situation

  I would rate it higher, but due to terrible service on reception and in the bar, especially in the bar, I cant give them more than 2 stars. All everything is really good. Also knowledge of English could be better. Location - 8/10 View - 8/10 Service - 2/10 Cleanliness - 8/10 Prices - 10/10 English speaking stuff - 4/10

  Very nice cozy hotel

  We went on family trip ( 2 adults + 2 children) The hotel is a real gem! The staff were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were good and,a wonderful selection, and again, the staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable for the kids. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The room we had was very spacious . I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Spindleruv Mlyn Thank you Hotel Start for making our stay so special.

  Nice rooms but poor breakfast

  Located a bit outside from the center, on the hill. Be careful: the path down to the village was really slippery. It is not hotels fault, but just warning you. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Rooms are reasonable size with nice bathrooms. Temperature was around 22 degrees. The only complain I have is the size of the desk, simply too small to work with on laptop. Breakfast is rather poor, not wide selection and quality rather below my expectations. I had a dinner as well and was just ok.
