  wonderful

  we stayed 5 night stay at the Stars Home Suites Hotel with my wife .my wife working in hospital in jeddah , i went there for few days vacation and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly which made me to feel comfortable. Staffs are extremely good, friendly and helpful. Atmosphere an location of the hotel is superb... Thanks for making my stay special. I definitely recommend to my friends an i would prefer to visit again.

  Basic, Noisy, and Small Accommodations

  I chose this hotel because the review rating on my booking site said "8.1/10" and there was a 'value deal.' Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as the reviews led on and there was only one review here on Trip Advisor. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and I'm glad it was no more than that. Only one staff member spoke English. I couldn't get in contact with the hotel to request a hotel pick-up so I had to pay for an expensive taxi from the airport. They gave us only one towel for two people. The bathroom was so small with no shower curtain which made the whole bathroom wet. What's worse is that we would put the bathroom fan on and by the morning the floor STILL wasn't dry so we had to stand on a wet floor at all times. No hairdryer. Not really any bathroom amenities - just shampoo. No breakfast or food. No cleaning service. No soundproofing of the rooms (Some noisy, playing children woke us up at 2:40 A.M. the morning that I had a job interview and I could hear every sound outside.) A/C is positioned right above the bed so it was blowing extremely cold air directly on you. With this said, the hotel has some decent qualities about it... The location isn't bad. It's not too far from a HyperPanda supermarket and some restaurants. The A/C was extremely effective; it felt like the Arctic. When I reported the noisy children across the hallway at 2:40 a.m., the receptionist called their room and the noise stopped. The bed was firm and comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. Overall, I wasn't happy with selecting this choice. I felt there were better options for a similar price range but I chose it because of deceiving review ratings on my booking site. Hopefully, this review will help you get a clearer picture of what to expect.

  very nice location. the appartment is clean. staff is good. few car parking. everything near the building. make sure answer your phone after reservation if you not they will cancle it !. the price is good
