  Muy buenoo

  Un lugar muy comodo y agradable. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy lindas!! La piscina es muy grandeee! Muy grande todo. Y las promotoras estan lindas para coger creo que si tienen la opciónde venir y disfrutar de buen sexo por favor vengan no lo duden

  Hi,,not a review but we are booked for November and seen so many good reviews ,looking forward to visiting ,but one question please ,do men have to wear long trousers on night time in hotel restaurant ? Thanks

  Beware families - Electronic music festival 1st to 7th May 2020

  I've booked this hotel for a family with 1 baby and 3 toddlers only to just find out that there is a electronic music festival (rave) with pool parties not suitable for under 16's managed to get my money back apart from our deposits with jet2, letter of complaint has gone in to claim deposits as we should never have been allowed to book with children, festival is from 1st May until 7th May 2020.

  Tennis camp at starlight

  We were 26 persons from Sweden inclusive three coaches. We played tennis in the morning and in the afternoon at starlights great tennis courts. Very good and professional cared courts with a lot of work on it. The beach, the pools, the hotel buildings and the restaurants etc are just a few minutes walk from each other. There are some restaurant you can choose from with a lot of different meals. There is also a restaurant near the beach and a bar which offers good drinks. The hotel offers very good massage and spa relaxations. Indoor pools and the gym are some of the good offers the hotel gives you. Very clean and a lot of weights and machines at the gym. The beach has clear and clean water. At the beach you have opportunity to experience jet ski, banana boat and parachute. We lived in the bungalow which has very good cleanliness and the rooms are also big enough. The rooms cleans every day and the sheets changes also every day. Our last day our group booked an ala carte restaurant from the guest relations. Svetlanta, who works at the guest relations were very kind, helpful and very professional throughout the booking process. We were very happy and we appreciate all her help. If you want to go to vacation alone, with your family and friends or with your tennis club the starlight resort and spa is a very good alternative. They offer everything you and your family and friends needs.

  Was a shame our ~£300 new Kindle was stollen from our room.

  Meant to be a nice family get together holiday which started ok-ish... being September staff seemed a bit rushed and not very welcomy to say it mildly but could get passed that after our 2h+ flight + 1.5hs by bus, was still in the "hype" of getting to see our rooms and get around the place(get a map, you'll need it the first couple of days). We all gotten the all inclusive package which at our first dinner didn't quite seemed like that in terms of beverages...struggled to get a good coffee or a decent orange juice, food, sweets, cookies, fruits were fine, plenty of water melons and ice-cream during the day; also in terms of amnesties, games, activities don't expect too much, most of the "i wanna do that" activities have to be paid. Don't expect English to be the best language to get around, resort was 85% filled with Russian people, staff mostly from Mongolia...so if you're getting there expecting to have a nice chat with someone better get your Russian up and running. Our biggest disappointment was the disappearing new Kindle after the first room clean... we've declared it stolen as soon as we've figured it was gone to the hotel managers but we were told their staff are regularly being checked and what not and that if they're gonna find it they'll return it to us... so that pretty much set the mood for the rest of our holiday and almost a year later we haven't heard from them and decided to leave this as fair review.
