  Not so good

  I'm a bit disappointed in this hotel. It's cheap but many floors and no elevator in what used to be an elevator shaft. Many times reception was empty and all keys easy to take. Had to pick my own key at least 2 times. The cleaning not so good with hair from other guests on the floor even after I had been there for several days. The bathroom floor leans in the wrong direction so 95% of all shower water passes the sink and toilet to the other side. Terrible. Staff not so good in English either.

  Affordable and excellent

  Firstly a room in halong bay is very expensive. However this room was given for 600000 Vietnam dong which is very cheap. Secondly the rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is clean equipped with hot water. There is free WiFi as well. The location is perfect as it is close to the city centre making transport very easy. Unfortunately no meals provided but an array of shops are just outside. do not visit if you want to enjoy the comforts. It is only excellent as a place to sleep when you are visiting other places or tourist attractions.

  Basic room, not ideal location but affordable. Very loud whilst sleeping, friendly enough staff but amenities are simple. Be aware that the location isn't particularly convenient to anything if you are only walking around, you will need taxis to see any of the bay. We were on a budget trip but were disappointed by the experience.

  Nice hotel but the ruined it

  We had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel. But they ruined it upon check out by trying to charge us extra and i nearly paid it until my girlfriend checked the reservation our bill on booking.com was (803.250vnd) but she tried telling us it was more like (1300000vnd) be very careful here people

  Average.

  The hotel is clean and has all the basic amenities, it had air-con, a fan, a shower, a flat screen tv that had english speaking channels, fox movies was our favourite. It was however slightly noisy in the morning and you could hear everyone that was anywhere near the staircase, my boyfriend was a heavy sleeper so it didnt bother him but it woke me up several times.We stayed on the 4th floor. Also the hotel isnt in a very touristy area, we found one restaurant that was about 0.7km away and no one in the near by shops spoke english. The staff at the hotel were very helpful when we checked in, directing us to the tour shop to book our halong bay tour, however the following day when the tour bus didnt show up, they didnt want to know, it wasnt there problem. If you have to stay in halong for the price it was perfect but id recommend getting a tour from hanoi. I should also add it was really close to sun world but whilst we were there we didnt see one rollercoaster go round.
