  One night before flight

  Indeed a good stay for one night before our flight the next day. We asked for someone to pick us up and he was there with a clear sign with our name. The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The bartender even smiled when we ordered our drinks in Ukrainian.....or at least my interpretation of Google translate. Clean proper room. We got the family room. Very accommodating for families with children.

  OK if you need something last minute close to airport

  Stayed here as only 3.4km from airport and flight cancelled. Friendly staff and clean room, albeit a little date. Despite this served its purpose and a comfortable nights sleep. Option for breakfast is extra - can't comment on this as didn't have it unfortunately.

  Hotel correcto

  Llegamos por la tarde noche al aeropuerto de Borispill, en la puerta se agolpaban taxistas PIRATAS que te pedían todo tipo de cantidades por llevarte al hotel. En un principio nosotros decidimos intentar contratar un taxi legal. A la salida del aeropuerto justo al lado de la puerta hay un aparato táctil en el cual escribes la dirección de tu hotel y se supone que pasará taxista legal y te llevará a tu destino cobrandote un precio correcto y adecuado, pero en la práctica no es así a nosotros no nos funcionó, incluso uno de estos taxistas supuestamente legales nos hizo salir del taxi y nos saco las maletas una vez estábamos dentro, suponemos que nos hizo esto porque nuestro hotel estaba relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. Finalmente, desesperados nos tocó negociar con los taxistas piratas, en un principio nos llegaron a pedir 30 por una carrera de poco más de 5 minutos, seguidamente otro nos pidió 800 Grivna ( moneda ucraniana) que al cambio son unos 25 tro nos pedía 600 Grivna que son unos 18 aproximadamente, finalmente desesperados y muertos de frio pagamos 400 grivna que al cambio son unos 12/13 Pasamos una noche en el hotel, y al día siguiente, muy amablemente, desde recepción nos gestionaron el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto, servicio que tenías que pagar en la misma recepción. Pagamos 110 grivnas que al cambio son solo 3,3 por lo tanto mucho cuidado con los taxistas piratas que siempre te intentarán engañar!

  Service fantastic , food good and hotel arranged pick up and drop off at airport

  Used this hotel as a stop over , the location is a little strange and the rooms are ok, I had a suite, the room was massive and was ok if a little dated . But the reason I gave this hotel 5 stars was the service I received on my two visits there as stop Overs , the reception were the most helpful I have ever seen ! , I wish I had of got the ladies name but she ensured everything was organised for me and was incredibly pleasant , I was communicating via email regarding pick up at airport etc and she organised everything , made me early breakfast on one of my trips that was early .

  A fantastic little hotel with lovely staff and good food

  Where do I start... The staff were just lovely!! All of them, from the guys who do the taxi transfers to the hotel staff themselves. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is clean. The bar area is nice and its lovely to sit outside just relaxing. Food is VERY good and is up to the standards expected in a European hotel. Food is prepared freshly and is reasonably priced. Reception sell travel essentials if you have forgotten anything. I took a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 children and I Han honestly say this hotel is the right choice. A short walk away is a supermarket that is open until 23:00. My only slight issue is that as I had a group of 6 people this made it hard for the kitchen to serve meals at the same time. All the food is prepared freshly but you can be waiting a good 10 minutes for all your dishes to arrive (this did not really bother us a lot but could be something to be improved).
