  Excellent choice for Linz

  The Star Inn is a great choice when staying in Linz. Modern, clean; and very centrally located - five mins walk to the main shopping area. Parking (next door) is available at a reduced hotel rate (16 EUR for 24 hours) as parking in the street whilst available is rather restrictive. Plenary of breakfast options around the hotel - cafes, backerei etc..Very helpful and efficient front desk staff - so overall a great hotel offering good value.

  it seems they have a problem with their cleaning service: the first room was not clean and no fresh air, no windows that could open, and smelly and wet bathroomfloor. It's good that they kept rooms in reserve, because they switched me to a better room, of which I have nothing to complain about: good view too!

  Clean, Modern, Typically Austrian

  One night stay. New hotel. Bedroom I presume was a 2x comfy small double or 2x large singles. Pleasant staff, helpful with USB charger. No USB sockets in rooms. Everything clean and fresh. Comprehensive breakfast. Highly recommended.

  Great hotel and great offer

  Me and my daugther stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 days.This is not our first time and every time I come here I just feel like "at home". Comfortable,clean and warm rooms, coffee machine, great view is just what I need after I wake up. Breakfast is delicious and variuos offer makes me feel....hm what shall I have next. The staff is also very kind and helpful when it comes to providing informations about the city. This hotel is one of the rare hotels in Linz with great location and allthough situated in the heart of the city, you don't get stressed like you imagine it would be. Nearby underground garage for the guests is most practic and oldtown streets are in front so you don't waist time on searching for the spots you want to see. One more thing worth to mention is a lovely lobby...just love it. Hope I'll visit it again.Thanks for all!

  Great value hotel in Linz

  A nice, modern hotel in the backstreets of Linz but close to main sights. The room was spacious and light. The staff were welcoming and helpful, while the wifi was very strong. All told, this was excellent value
