  Es un lindo hotel muy cerca de la Universidad de Stanford. Se puede ir y venir caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El desayuno es delicioso y muy variado. El personal es muy amable. El único problema es que el wifi no funciona bien. No podia ser perfecto!

  Location, location, location

  Very well located at the edge of Stanford University. Amenities are outdated and the pool looks stale. Good thing is that it's extremely quiet as there aren't many guests. Ample parking lots in the basement and rooms are large. Go for the 2 night special deal. Do take note that there is no room services.

  Do not bother with this hotel.

  Every positive review and photo you see online is either outdated, a stock photo or written by staff and not by an actual customer who stayed here. This place looks like it could have once been a nice, clean place to stay but its going to take a LOT to get it back to acceptable standards. Their website depicts the property as a clean, garden oasis and it is far from that. There were wires everywhere, surge bars and broken things all over the place. I honestly dont know how a fire marshal hasnt closed them down. The elevator was, small and creepy. I was sure that was where bad things happened. Our room had tiny baby spiders in the bathroom areas and a giant hole behind the toilet on the second floor. The hole led to a dark abyss that I was sure would bring nightmarish beings through it. The shower curtain was so thick and opaque that when you closed it around you, the shower got dark, so I had to leave it half open to see. The bathroom also leaned and was uneven, like it had been remodeled by a random handyman who thought it was good enough. Startlingly enough, the room ended up looking cleaner than the public spaces of the property but I would not stay there again. In fact, wed paid for 2 days because my dad was dying at Stanford Hospital nearby but we only stayed one of the nights because it was late and needed a place to sleep. We asked for a refund for the second night since we were turning in the keys after 8 hours in the room and the clerk never looked at me while reciting their strict, no refund policy. We ended up double paying for another night elsewhere because we didnt want to stay there again even though it was already paid for. When we left, it appeared that we were one of the only people who stayed the night there. At 830 am I hadnt heard a single other being but did see a do not disturb door hanger on one other door. The bottom floor parking lot was creepy too and we were delayed leaving the lot because the security door wouldnt open. This was one of the WORST hotel experiences Ive ever had. I definitely would NOT stay here again, even if they paid ME to do it. Keep looking, pay the extra for a different place to stay. Their site is definitely deceptive with photos and reviews from another decade when it may have been nice under a different owner. Do not stay here.

  This place is a disaster

  Old, dirty, no service, patches, bad, bad bad. No-one around. Strange place. Can't believe they can survive with this lousy property. The hotel looks like an abandoned place. Should have placed more attention when I booked reservation. .

  Cluttered and weird

  I stayed here for only two nights even though I had three nights reservation. The lobby was filled with random equipment and boxes. My room had a random CPU laying around the floor and the towels were just flopped unfolded on a rack. One of the towels literally disintegrated all over me when I was drying off. Overall the hotel had an incredibly weird vibe. It seems like the management has stopped caring. I will not go back.
