  Birthday Gathering with family

  What a beautiful location. The grounds and lobby's were stunning and very well kept. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, but did not follow the COVID protocol that the video on their site indicated. First to arrive of 6 family members from 5 different states and the check in was just that say, hi give name to Lady at desk. No one asked to see our other COVID documentation required by Maine. Excited to be staying at a 4 Diamond hotel we were a bit disappointed in the tired rooms and fact that they really had not had a good clean in some time. One room still had open shampoos from the last guest in the shower. That family member was moved to another room for the night while the room was properly cleaned. Other than that this hotel was great the restaurant was fantastic great service and delicious food. The breakfast that was included was basic but very good.I would go back and am actually looking a the possibility of a bigger family reunion once COVID is over. I think that all hotels are struggling now during COVID and hope that things can change soon for them.

  Great getaway

  We visited here as a our first excursion out during this crazy COVID time. The inn is located in such a wonderful location. The room we had looked out at the river- so relaxing sitting on the balcony. We had our dinners from the on site restaurant- which we took up to our room, we did the same thing for our breakfast. The restaurant staff could not have been any more helpful - thanks and the food was delicious. Also, the protocol with regard to keeping you safe is very thorough. Kudos to the entire staff

  SPECIAL GEM!!!!!

  We stopped at The Stage Neck Inn on our last night in ME. This Inn could not have been a better choice. The room, ocean view, was spectacular. Decor of the room was not only cozy & but functional; food at the Inn was fantastic as was their covid 19 protocols. Their customer service was so exceptional, from the front desk, to the restaurant, even in the phone call I made to make the reservation! Truly a special gem, that is quiet and peaceful. We are already looking to return sometime soon!

  Excellent October Visit!

  In October we had two rooms for four nights. What a great place to get away from the stress of the world and almost feel normal again! I feel that SNI is doing everything they can to keep their staff and guests safe! It was so nice to see Brenda, Dawn and Donna up front keeping the SNI running! My Mom loves when everyone remembers us. It makes her feel special ! Can't finish without mentioning Tracey in housekeeping! She takes awesome care of us and greets us with s smile every time we return! Thank you for a wonderful October Stay! : ) Kathy

  Excellent as Always!

  My husband and I visited Stage Neck Inn in late October. We had been missing our visits this year due to Covid and the restrictions on MA visitors. We took our first trip anywhere during the pandemic and Stage Neck did not disappoint! We were very comfortable with everything at the inn, from our meals to our room. It is our favorite place to visit, both Stage Neck and the beautiful area. The food was excellent! One night we had fish and chips - the best we have had! We always enjoy talking with Brenda, Bob and Melanie (we missed Melanie during our visit this time). We look forward to the next time we can visit!!
