  very nice 4 star in seefeld

  so we were here for the world championships nordic which was super busy with lots of commercial sponsorship stuff going on and the hotel was right in the middle of the whole deal. but, they were super nice and responsive and did a great job. we had a nice room on the third floor looking over the front and this was great, but if you were on the back of the hotel not so great. small gym but nice. spa with massage and hot tub. we ate out mostly as we were there with ski team but breakfast good and the bar in the evening great. parking a bit of an issue but overall not a problem. would stay here again.

  A perfect Mothers Day trip

  We had a great time on this hotel. good service, they are so kind. Delicious food every night. Good wellness. Location is also perfect for hiking and exploring the places. Our room is old but big space enough for four people and we had a balcony with a perfect view of the Mountain.

  No Seefeld charms

  I have stayed a couple of times in charming Seefeld already, but this hotel does not represent the welcoming atmosphere. Service staff during breakfast in the morning seemed very rude, might be due to the language barrier: I'm German-speaking, all the staff obviously not. Spa and outdoor pool really nice but there should be more beach chairs at the outdoor pool. Rooms very simple and old. Some serious renovation is necessary. One person at the reception was very nice. I think his name was Dario. However, I would not book again.

  Great 4 Star Hotel with exceptional service

  Right up front. The rooms are worn out and out-of-date, but will be renovated this fall (2019). However, their spa, fitness and pool facilities are modern and very clean. Service is exceptionally good. From the room maid to the restaurant/bar over to the reception. For example, we failed to verify our check-out date and were caught by surprise to find out that we needed to check-out a day before we planned. No problem for the lady at the front desk. We could stay one day longer in spite of the place being fully booked. At the normal room price. Big applause to Susana. Also the service in the restaurant deserves a basket of flowers. Laszlo and Theresa went out of their way to answer all special requests exceptionally well. Our son has a nut allergy and he enjoyed his food without any problem all week long. Bravo to both and of course the chef de cuisine. By the way, the food was excellent in quality as well as variety. All in all, once the rooms are renovated, we will come back to this charming place.

  Return trip to Seefeld After 30 years

  I really like this hotel its in an ideal spot outside the centre of Seefeld so its quieter. The hotel is on several levels and also has chalets. The facilities are excellent with a gym on the ground floor, indoor swimming pool and thermal spa on the second floor and an outdoor pool with a separate jacuzzi on the third floor . My room was on the third floor with a balcony and steps up to the pool and jacuzzi. I booked room with breakfast . Thats not a problem as there are many restaurants within walking distance. The service was excellent the options for breakfast from cold to cooked were amongst the best I've had in previous visits to Austria. All in all I would return here some time in the future. The only minor niggle for me was when the roof pools were busy I had problems getting onto the roof due to other guests blocking me off with their sun beds.
