  Great stay!!! Beautifully renovated

  We have just had a lovely 3 night stay at the newly renovated premises. It has been beautifully decorated! We stayed in a Deluxe Family room which was perfect for us & our 3 year old. Our family room included tea/coffee making facility as well as a fridge and crockery/cutlery in a small kitchenette area. There was also a shared kitchenette in the hallway that had further facilities such a toaster, microwave etc. The hotel was immaculate! Very comfortable beds & quality linen. Its approx 20-30 minute walk from Coogee Beach and only a few minutes walk to Randwick. Thanks for a lovely stay, would not hesitate to recommend :-)

  Too bright to sleep, otherwise modern and quiet

  We stayed two nights in late December 2019. The place is being done up and the room was well appointed and claen. Street parking out front was easy and free. BUT, the corridor outside our room was extremely brighlty lit at night (security I suppose). It was so bright it leaked strongly around our door and also through the shutters but less so. After the first night my wife asked the receptionist what could be done, she said she would talk to the care-taker, but nothing. They need to try to sleep in their own rooms. Best avoided until they do something. Otherwise quite nice.

  Handy to hospital

  My husband had an 8.30am appointment at Prince of Wales hospital so we stayed the night before at St Mark's. A beautiful old sandstone mansion (1899), tastefully refurbished. We stayed in the standard room which was very close to the front entrance so a little noisy at night, also very very small. However it was for 1 night only and it was beautifully clean and comfortable. TV, fan air con, easy walk to 'The Dog' hotel, free street parking. Nice walk around the streets, lots of similar old mansions and beautiful old trees. And 5/10 minutes to the hospital. Would recommend it but get a bigger room if staying longer.

  Perfect guesthouse

  Beautiful rooms, immaculately clean and everything you need. Not to far from a bus stop into the CBD- 20 mins in and maybe 10 more to walk to sydney opera house. Air conditioning and a great shower. Would definitely recommend.

  Charming Guesthouse in a great area.

  The hotel has been recently renovated and has come up a treat. Although the room was small it has everything I needed, a very comfortable bed, ensuite, fridge,fan,air-conditioner and TV. There is easy access to kitchenette area with microwave , toaster etc. The courtyard is an inviting area to sit and relax. Easy walk to food places and the Hospital. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free Wifi was first rate and street parking was easy and close.
