  Disappointing outcome for booking...

  We booked an apartyment for 4 people, and requested a double room, and a twin bed room. On arrival the phone contact number we were given insisted we come to their office, pay for apartment and sign contract before we were to be given keys to apartment. As we were already outside the locked door of apartment with quite a lot of luggage, we refused, insisting someone bring keys to us. They kept saying we must pay and sign contract before having access to apartment. We refused and in the end a representative from the company met us there, took us in, immediately insisted we sign contract and pay money. We checked apartment first, while it was a lovely apartment, it was only for three people!! We said but we booked for 4 adults...oh well we can provide a pull out bed in single room for 4th person. We said that was totally unsuitable...staff member kept insisting we sign contract, and pay , we said no this is not what we booked. We refused to pay, said we would not take apartment, the agent said, this is the very reason we want payment before clients see apartment???? We left and although greatly inconvenienced, sought alternative accommodation which was lovely. We had paid a deposit at booking, and would like to think they would do the right thing and refund deposit...but I wonder????

  Spacious and Pretty!

  We got there past 8, so a Representative met us there. Took us inside and showed us the whole apartment. We were 3 people and it was a perfect suit for us. It has a view of the streets, near the metro station and bus station, walking distance from the camp nou and a very quite place. It has its own bathroom, has a living room and dinner and kitchen, very pretty and clean, girl who met us there was very nice! THey also leave a folder with options, tips and advices of the city! Very helpful!
