  Top quality - attention to detail...

  Very nice hotel close to Brighton centre, beach and the Lanes. Very nice decor and super attention to detail... Rooms are decorated to the highest standard and immaculately clean. Free fancy coffees and good selection of tea and biscuits. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall superb experience - enjoyed my stay very much.

  Fantastic Suite

  We stayed at the Square in November 2019 and absolutely loved the place. We had the ground floor suite which covers the whole ground floor ! Its more like a delux apartment. With a lounge, full kitchen / dining area, spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Very will finished overall. The 3 staff members were lovely and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious!! They offered good local knowledge and even recommended a Turkish Place around the corner which was superb too. Great location. Wed recommend it.

  Amazing stay for NYE

  My boyfriend and I stayed at the square for one night over New Years Eve and we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay! We stayed in the top floor room and even though there were quite a few stairs, the room was amazing and quiet, it had everything we needed and was decorated perfectly. The staff were amazing! And assisted us everything we wanted; they helped with parking and looking after our keys when we went for a run and didnt want to take them with us. The breakfast (which was included in our price) was unreal! So much choice and presented perfectly. We would recommend anyone stay here as its a lovely get away with some beautiful views of the sea and situated in the best place close to the pier and also the town, but still remained quiet and peaceful. We loved it so much and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you very much!

  Flawless service from the team

  Its not often Ill leave a review but I needed to on this occasion. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days whilst doing the half marathon, once the (I think manager) knew this she was so helpful straight away saying that if we needed anything she would help. Breakfast didnt start until 8.30 but she was in early with the chef to make me toast and my partner porridge. Although we had already checked out on the Sunday we went back to get our stuff and she then offered us coffee, we then decided to stay another night and she was so helpful again. She asked if we needed breakfast and we said we would be heading out early again so she went to the shop and brought us both a whole bag of foods for breakfast on the go. I really couldnt fault the staff she adds so much value to your already lovely hotel. To anybody booking it, do it! Easy to find, lovely rooms, amazing staff x

  Not what I expected...

  My partner booked this hotel...I didnt know anything about it. I prefer a larger hotel, this only has maybe 9 rooms....it felt like I was staying in someones house,which I didnt care for. Felt like everyone knew each time we came and went. Theres no elevator and we were on top floor...which is fine for us, we are in shape , but many would not like to climb 4 flights of stairs..so just ask for a lower floor if you cant or dont want to do stairs. Decor is very nice, obviously re decorated recently. Room was quiet and clean. Location was very good and convenient for walking to most things. Price was fair for what was offered. Beautiful hotel, just not my cup of tea...
