  Very personable and accommodating

  We were travelling south and preferred not to concern ourselves with securing our truck loaded with paddle boards and bikes in town After a long day we chose to check this place out. Kin was very accommodating in booking our room and setting us up for a later arrival after hours. At the last minute we called back and asked to upgrade to a cabin for the extra bed and separate rooms for our family. Kin again was very accommodating. The cabin was a very rustic setting and the resort was clearly in offseason mode with our world of COVID-19 right now. Coming out of a region where summer has been clouds and rain, the misty sunrise was a gorgeous peaceful morning. With some time to explore the area around the cabin it wasnt hard to find the perfect spot that nature had to offer to just sit with myself, absorb the sun, and appreciate the view. The breakfast was technically very basic, however we found the hashbrowns were cooked with the perfect crispness and flavour. The sausages were very tasty. Teenage daughter who doesnt like sausages also commented on how good they were! Kin, we found again, was a great source of energy or our day as we left to continue on our travels. Disappointed only that we couldnt stay longer.

  High value for money

  We hadn't read the review before booking. We were looking for a family holiday in a ranch in the Cariboo mountains. It can become easily overwhelmingly expensive ! Here come this resort. The location and the settings is great. And huge swimming pool ! In the middle of a huge forest you can hike around (and cross country ski in winter). Horseriding was very fun: nice horses, very well maintained ! Obviously, for the price, there is a drawback. Some part of our chalet was a bit out of date (especially the kitchen). But bedding and mastress were good, as well as the renovated bathroom. And Wifi and TV are top quality. All in all: very good value for money.

  Enjoyable stay

  This hotel has a lot of very polarized reviews but I would side on the positive. The place could use a little TLC but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the place was quiet, Ken at the front desk was accommodating, the huge pool and hot tubs were relaxing, the rate we got was great and the massages we had were FANTASTIC! What more can you ask for? We never got the horse rides in because the keeper was ill but there was lots to still do in the area. We had a double top floor queen basic room. Would stay here again.

  This place Is closed

  You can book your stay online and receive a email confirming your stay ?? You can call and book at the spa to show up and It has been closed sech July By the sing on the door ?? The man answered the phone does not say there Closed ?? We were not billed but wee were scrambling to find another place to stay

  What a dump

  My husband and I rented a 3 bed chalet and it was so dirty and run down.Thank goodness we brought our own sheets.Everything was dirty floors, walls,washroom ,kitchen just DIRTY.We got absolutely no service.My husband checked the pool and took pictures and just gross.We will never go back and we would never recommend it to anyone.It is a shame that such a large resort in such a beautiful surrounding is so run down.And how do you get away with covid and absolutely no cleanliness.What a shame.
