  Bueno, bonito, barato y sobre todo muy limpio

  Muy recomendable... Su ubicación es excelente ya que la distancia a Phoenix Downtown es razonable, así como a los principales centros comerciales y al propio Zoológico de la ciudad, el cual es increíble. La limpieza del lugar es sobresaliente, lo cual permite descansar en gran forma. Mi estancia ha sido muy placentera.

  no es de lo mas economico de la zona pero bien vale la pena lnvertirle un poquito mas, buena ubicacion exelente servicio y muy limpio, el desayuno incluido esta genial no es el tipico cerealito y pan! hasta tocino habia!! Recomendado!

  Bad area and guests

  This place attracts a lot of transient, trashy people. The people in the next room were smoking inside and having loud sex and coming in and out of their rooms and letting their doors shut loudly throughout the night. The staff are actually very nice but not very effective since they didnt do much after I told them about the people smoking. Also, our AC did not work well which is very unfortunate in the summer. A front desk worker came and tried to service the unit and left when he saw that it was running again but it stopped running continuously soon after even though we had it on that setting. I am very familiar with this area in Tempe and I shouldve known to avoid getting a room here. I delivered pizza in this area before and one of my coworkers got robbed on a delivery in a nearby hotel. The prices are great and the room looks nice but I really dont think its worth it.

  Disappointing

  I sought this hotel by location for what we came to Phoenix for and brand because Ive enjoyed SpringHill Suites elsewhere. Plus, this one was listed as recently renovated. Sadly, our room still had signs of its age and wasnt as nice as other hotels of this chain. The sofa upholstery needed cleaning so we used the extra blanket to cover it. The worst part of the night was the noisy next door neighbors. We heard their voices through the wall when we arrived in the afternoon and should have asked to change then. Maybe the walls are too thin. They were much louder literally all night long, laughing, talking, and letting the door slam. We were awakened many, many times and called the front desk and let them know more than once but it didnt change anything for more than a few minutes. It was 4am or so when the noise stopped. What an unrestful evening-the worst! I will be calling their corporate office because I would not stay there again if it were free, yet I would try another SpringHill Suites again elsewhere after a more careful review.

  All Around Poor Hotel

  1) Homeless frequent the area. Low income housing adjacent to building. Huge marijuana dispensary and bus stop directly across the street with shady characters galore. Felt unsafe. 2) Hotel redoing the bath tubs on the third floor caused a terrible smell like model glue throughout hallway and rooms. Gave us instant headache. Called front desk. Front desk told me the bath tubs had been redone and was causing the smell, but manager told her to say it was their new COVID spray. Windows were bolted shut. Had to get the maintenance man to remove 3 bolts with a drill to get the window open to air it out. 3) The little knob that you pull up, to make the bathtub spray from the shower head, was so corroded that it was basically welded down. I had to use a hanger and pulled up with all my strength and eventually worked big chunks of corrosion out of the knob and got the shower to spray. Unfortunately, the water was only hot for those in our party who took a night shower. In the mornings, we got a cold shower both days we stayed. 4) On our last night, the road leading to the entrance of the hotel was closed due to a police line closure. Looked it up online, and learned the Preist/Baseline Rd intersection commonly has nearby homicides. Look it up. Would never stay here again. Our entire soccer team stayed here, and nobody was satisfied with their stay. Plenty of other much better options a few miles away.
