  Estuve en este hotel 2 noches, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y espaciosas, al igual que el sanitario, lo único que si puede mejorar es el servicio del desayuno ya que por el precio debería ser mas variado y contar con mas tiempo para aprovecharlo. la ubicación es un punto muy importante, ya que se encuentra a 5 minutos del aeropuerto de Syracuse, y a 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad. muy recomendable para viajes de negocios.

  very nice

  front desk staff very polite and helpful. rooms were big and clean. price was great. Pool on the small side. the free breakfast was ok staff lady did her best to keep up with demand. Beds were very comfortable. Free coffee and tea in lobby was nice.would stay again for the price I paid of 114

  I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 Stars. My son was supposed to stay at this hotel but ended up staying at sister property- Fairfield right across the street and lost his EarPods. Since I was not aware he stayed at different property, I contacted Springhill and totally amazed by the customer service provided by a manager - Judith Herzig! I also work in hotel industry and wish we had more managers like Judith. Her prompt response to my voicemail and email, then her super fast action to find out where my son stayed and then follow up phone call with detailed contact information for the other property... her work ethic makes her a star. We didnt even stay at this hotel; neither could we find AirPods but we know if we visit Syracuse in future, where to stay

  Short Visit-Quality Stay

  Mary, the Associate General Manager was exceptionally friendly upon check in after a very long drive and a late night arrival Common areas are clean and well designed, which is a nice trait of Spring Hill Suites. Rooms, weirdly less so. Clean which is nice, but the room layout was weird with double the closet space than what's needed. the TV in the small space between the bedroom area and sitting area (across from the wall between the secitons-hard to explain). Overall layout in room felt dated (relatively speaking) and there was wear in the room (carpets and sofa), which is also weird since i thought they just redid the hotel. Breakfast was great. Having been staying in a lot of hotels during COVID with the bagged breakfast of a pre-packaged muffin or danish, red delicious apple, and cheap juice. They were much better. Yogurt and better quality juice provided. Stay here again? Sure, great stop over between midwest and east coast. Stay here and want to visit Syracuse...maybe closer options to downtown, but this is nice and clean and friendly

  Very nice! Supplier clean!

  Our room was beautiful! Extremely clean. Bright room,white linens, and comfy sitting area. Beds were very comfy and cozy outfitted with plenty of comfy pillows! Couch in living space doubles as a bed. Docking a star because the breakfast was just the worst. It's during COVID. While I appreciate their attempt to stay safe the breakfast was a small brown paper bag with 2 packaged items and an orange. A nutra grain bar and A cinnamon thing. There was a bowl with ice left out with Apple juice and a couple of yogurts. The pool was also closed and this was not mentioned on their website.
